Specification and Quotation of materials
1 Exclusions:
• Building permissions expenses, Deposit to MPEB for taking load
temporary/final, Boring the owner would be only called upon to meet the
expenses for the mentioned work.
2 Specification:
• Ground Floor Will Be 2’6”ft Above from The Road Level (Usage Of
Filling Material And Hard Murom).
• Loft Will Be Provided as Per Owner Choice.
• Slab Height 11’0’ For Ground Floor, 11’0” First Floor.
• Parapet Wall 3ft Above the Slab.
• Coats Of Plaster for Outside Walls And For Inside Wall There Will Be Fine
FinishPlaster Wall Putty.
• Garden will be prepared acc. To the Elevation.
3 Material Detail’s
• Cement: Good quality cement of 53 GRADE shall be used (PRISM
CHAMPION, DURAGUARD, MP BIRLA CHETAK , MP BIRLA PERFECT
PLUS, ULTRA TECH CEMENT(for slab only)
• Bricks: FLY ASH / RED CLAY (kushneer) Bricks of good quality will be
used.
• Sand: Good Quality of Narmada-sand, along with M-Sand (if needed) will be
provided.
• Aggregate: Good Quality of Local Khadi will be provided.
• Steel: FE500 TMT bars of Fortune, Kamadhenu TMT and KAY 2 or similar
quality of bars shall be used.
• Wood: The Main Door/Frame should be of teak (Design of owner’s choice),
Rest doors area flush with Sarai Wood.
• All windows shall be manufactured and installed as per the detailed design to be
provided by the Engineer of aluminum material.
• Windows shall be covered with grill of 10mm, 12mm bars with Patti and
shallbe covered with aluminum powder coated shutters.
4 Electrical:
• Concealed wiring with sufficient electrical points as per Engineer drawings (not
included at this time), including 15 amps points.
• Three phase Fittings provided on each floor with sufficient AC points in Every
Room.
• The switchboard, fan boxes and any other extra fitting will be applied as per
Engineer consultation.
• The original Anchor wires and Modular switches (i.e., of Anchor Penta shall be
used.
5 Plumbing:
• The plumbing lines of CPVC/APVC to be used.
The Pipeline thickness will be followed: -
(a) On The Terrace the Pipeline Will Be Of 2”.
(b) From First Floor and Ground Floor Pipeline Will Be Of 1.0”
(c) In The Lower Ground Floor, The Pipeline Will Be Of 0.75”.
• All the bath rooms shall be fitted with Hot and cold Mixers with
overheadshowers.
• Floor mounted commodes in bath rooms if needed.CPVC fitting
(PLASTO) of Good Quality will be provided.
• Sanitary ware of JAQUAR will be used.
• 1 PLASTO tank (6 Layer) of 1000 liters for corporation water/bore
water will beprovided.
6 Flooring:
• 2X2 vitrified flooring tiles for all carpet area of rate Rs.35-40 per sq. feet
• For kitchen platform Kadapa with Granite top with Kadapa Stand and Steel
sink of 18”X18”, 2’x1’ ceramic tiles in the kitchen wall.
• Semi-modular kitchen will be prepared.
• Antiskid flooring for bathrooms. As well as in complete steps of staircase.
• 7’ height tiles in bath rooms of ceramic tiles.
• 7’ height tiles in WC.
7 Painting:
• Two coats of wall care for internal walls and ceiling
• Two coats of tractor emulsion painting for inside walls (Asian/ Berger.).
• Lambi finish with stain emulsion painting for door frames and back door.
• Two coats of stain emulsion painting for molded doors.
• Melamine polish for main door and frame.
• Ace exterior emulsion painting for external walls color as per drawings.
A. ELEVATION CONSTRUCTION WILL BE DONE AS PER OWNER’S
CHOICE…
B. OUTER BOUNDARY WALL WORK, OTS GRILL, CAST IRON GATE
INSTALLATION WORK WILL BE INCLUDED UNDER THE
AGGREMENT.
C. STEEL RAILING WILL BE PROVIDED IN STAIRCASE, TOWER
CONSTRUCTED AT TERRACE WITH CAST IRON DOOR.
D. WATER PROFFING WILL BE USED ON TERRACE IF ANY KIND OF
WATER LEAKAGE.
E. CONSTRUCTION OF THE STRUCTURE IS FOLLOWED AS PER
DRAWING.
