Day One
FOR THE FIRST DAY, YOU WILL DO A
JUICE FAST TO KICKSTART THE DETOX.

Directions:
1. Wash all of your fruits and vegetables vigorously with

cold water.
2. With a knife, peel your aloe Vera plant. Once the

leaf has been peeled, you will see the natural aloe
vera gel. Using a small teaspoon, scoop out 1tsp of

aloe and add it to your “fruit to be juiced” bowl.
3. Cut your green apples into 4 pieces, remove the 6 cup Spinach
seed and add it to your “fruit to be juiced” bowl.
4. Remove two stalks of celery from your celery bunch. 4 Radishes
then cut talks in half and add it to your “ fruit to be
juiced” bowl. 6 Cucumbers
5. Measure out 3 cups of spinach. Wash your spinach
with cold water in a small bowl and put the bowl to 2 prickly pear
the side to be juiced later.
6. Cut 2 radishes in half, and add it to your “fruit to be 6 cups of water
juiced” bowl.
7. Cut 3 cucumbers in half and add it to your “fruit to 2 tsp of Parsley,
be juiced” bowl.
8. With a knife or fruit peeler, peel your prickly pear. 4 Oranges with skin
Once peeled, cut the pear in 4 and add it to your
“fruit to be juiced” bowl.
9. Do not peel your oranges. Cut 2 oranges into 4
pieces and add it to your “fruit to be juiced” bowl.
10. Juice all of the fruits in your “fruit to be juice bowl”
and juice your spinach. Strain your juice into a
pitcher then add 3 cups of water and 1tsp of parsley.
11. Store in your refrigerator and drink until finished.

DINNER: BROCCOLI & TOFU
STIR FRY

DIRECTIONS: INGREDIENTS:

1. Cut tofu into cubes and Marinate in a 1 Pack Firm Tofu

sealable ziplock bag with rice vinegar Soy Sauce

and soy sauce for 1 hour. Rice Vinegar

2. Heat up grape seed oil in a skillet Broccoli

and add broccoli with 1/3 cup water. 1/3 Cup Water

Cover with the lid. Steam until the Minced Garlic

broccoli is cooked to the tenderness. 1 Cup Chopped Onion

3. Transfer the broccoli to a large plate Grape Seed Oil

bowls, then in one bowl add 2/3 cup sliced portobello

to create a wet batter. 1 cup lettuce

batter, then marinate for 30 minutes. 1 cup kale
