Reefer shipments to China - In view of current port congestion and re

efer plug shortage at some Chinese and Pusan terminals, any container
imported into or via China and via Pusan may be subjected to severe de
lays, diversion to another port depending on the situation. Reefer shi
pments directly into Pusan for the South Korea market are moving smoot
hly into the South Korea market. This is beyond the control of Ocean N
etwork Express.

For Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) regulated trades lanes governed by Service Contracts
(this includes non-FMC regulated commodities/lanes contained in Service Contracts): All
shipments will be freighted based on “Cargo Receiving Date”.
For Non FMC regulated trades lanes: All shipments will be freighted based on the first loading
vessel’s Proforma Schedule ETD (estimated time of departure). That ETD will be determined based
on the announced proforma schedule of the relevant vessel from the shipment’s first port of
loading. Exceptions may apply for certain countries for non-FMC regulated trade lanes, please
check with ONE local office for details.
