Job Title: Service Network Development Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead the development and
management of our PAN India service center network. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for creating and maintaining service tie-ups with local technicians or agencies across India to
ensure timely resolution of service complaints for our machines.
Responsibilities:
1. Service Partner Acquisition: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential service
partners all across India to establish service tie-ups for our machines.
2. Rate Negotiation: Negotiate competitive rates with technicians or agencies for service
tie-ups while ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and service quality
standards.
3. Technician Training: Develop and implement training programs to educate technicians
about the working of our machinery and common service complaints, ensuring they are
equipped to provide efficient service.
4. Quality Assurance: Monitor the performance of assigned technicians and agencies to
ensure complaints are addressed effectively and in a timely manner, meeting or
exceeding customer expectations.
5. Communication and Coordination: Maintain constant communication with in-house
technicians and the point of contact in our office responsible for coordinating with clients
regarding complaints. Facilitate seamless coordination and information flow between all
stakeholders involved in the service process.
6. Compliance with Service Commitments: Ensure that service complaints are closed
within the committed timeframes, adhering to our service level agreements with
customers.
7. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and improve
the efficiency of our service network. Implement strategies to enhance the quality and
speed of service delivery while minimizing costs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in service network development and management, preferably in a
similar industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
foster positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Solid understanding of technical machinery and the ability to effectively train technicians
on troubleshooting and repair procedures.
Highly organized with strong project management abilities, capable of multitasking and
prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding service quality targets.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively across India as needed.
Proficiency in local languages spoken across different regions of India would be
advantageous.
Experience working with CRM software or service management platforms is desirable.
