Instructions
1. Open a Blank presentation
2. Save the presentation as [Link]
3. Add a Title to the first slide: the name of your Polytechnic
4. Type your first name and last name in the Subtitle section
5. Add a New Slide which has a Title and Content
6. Add a title to the second slide “My Future Goals”
7. In the Content section of the second slide, add at least three Personal Goals
8. Right click on the second slide from the left panel, then choose Duplicate Slide
9. Highlight the text in the Content area of the third slide. Under the Home tab,
click Convert to SmartArt, then choose Basic Cycle
10. Change the SmartArt Colors to Colorful—Accent Colors
11. Change the SmartArt Styles to 3D Polished
12. From the left panel, drag the third slide between the first and second slide
13. Change the layout of the third slide, the slide that does not have the SmartArt,
to Comparison
14. Leave the title “My Future Goals”
15. In the head of the first column, type “Goals in Polytechnic,” then center the
heading
16. In the head of the second column, type “Goals after Graduation,” then center the
heading
17. Add at least three goals in each section
18. Make sure that slide #3 is selected from the left panel, then add a New Slide
19. Change the layout of the new slide to Blank
20. Insert a Graduation Online Picture from the Office ClipArt—Choose any image
of your choice
21. Change the ClipArt size to 3” X 3” and position it in the middle of the slide
22. Apply the Wisp Design Theme
23. Save and upload [Link] to your instructor @
([Link]@[Link]) and department Server.

Instructions
1. Create a Blank Presentation
2. Save the presentation as [Link]
3. Change the Slide Layout to Blank
4. Change the Slide Size to Banner; Ensure Fit
5. Format the Background Fill with Gradient Fill
6. Preset Gradient: Medium Gradient—Accent 5
7. Add this image to the right side of the Banner
8. Insert a Word Art with the name of your college as shown below:
9. Fit the Word Art in the Middle of the Banner
10. Type your First name and Last name at the lower left corner of the Banner,
using the same WordArt style used in #8. Put your recent picture taken in the Lab
with a computer system.
11. Save the Banner as Portable Network Graphics Format, PNG,
choose All then OK; submit [Link] to your instructor and
department Server.

Use one slide of PowerPoint Presentation to answer this question: “What would I have
done differently in this course to improve my grade?” Make sure that your name
appears in the title of your slide.
Apply some animation and effect as done in assignments one and two
Save and submit [Link] to your instructor and Department Server.

You may create a PowerPoint on any topic of your choice.
Presentation time is 15 min. for each student
Number of slides is at least 5 slides
Choose your favorite theme, transition, and animation
Online Pictures or use your own
Submit your completed PowerPoint presentation as [Link] to the
instructors and Department Server.

Instructions
1. Open a Blank presentation
2. Save the presentation as [Link]
3. Add a Title to the first slide “PowerPoint Group Project”
4. Type your first names and last names in the Subtitle section
5. Add a New Slide which has a Title and Content
6. Add a title to the second slide “MS PowerPoint”
7. In the Content section of the second slide, add five new skills you learned in
PowerPoint
8. Right click on the second slide from the left panel, then choose Duplicate Slide
9. Delete the text in the Content area of the third slide. add three skills which make
you a Great Presenter
10. From the left panel, drag the third slide between the first and second slide
11. Make sure that slide #3 is selected from the left panel, then add a New Slide
12. Change the layout of the new slide to Blank
13. Insert a Presenter Online Picture from the Office ClipArt – as shown in this
picture:
14. Change the ClipArt size to 3” X 3” and position it in the middle of the slide
15. Apply the Wisp Design Theme
16. Apply the Ripple Transition to all slides
17. Change the view to Slide Sorter view
18. Save and submit [Link] to your instructor and
Department Server.
