Activity: Volleyball.
The physical environment.
Location: The volleyball program will be held after school hours at the school grounds to make it
easier for all students to participate. By hosting the program at school grounds learners will get
there quickly after their classes and minimize travel time that may be wasted by those who stay far
away.
Facilities: The ground will be regularly maintained so that it can be free from hazards and ensure
safety and a healthy environment for participation. Learners will use soft balls, ground will have a
leveled surface and clear boundary lines to avoid unnecessary injuries.
Equipment: There will be enough volleyballs, nets, and jerseys so that they can challenge each other
and ensure all participants engage fully without waiting. This equipment will be checked every time
that it’s still in good condition to ensure they don’t turn into harmful objects to learners. Learners
will be provided with knee pads and protective gear to avoid injuries.
Social environment
Activity culture: Learners will have a prayer and increase each other’s morale by making a circle and
then calling out loud team names before they start practicing, which emphasizes teamwork, respect,
and mutual support.
Competition: on Fridays, they will challenge each other, whereby they are divided into groups and
have a friendly game. These events Will be structured to promote fair play and sportsmanship with a
focus on personal and team improvement.
Mentors: Qualified coach Will provide guidance and mentorship, helping students develop their skills
and confidence. Senior learners with experience will also be encouraged to mentor newcomers. The
coach will always give feedback to help learners improve and stay motivated.
Socializing: There will be team building where learners are given the opportunity to communicate
about their performance in order to help learners build friendships and a sense of community.
Learners will be encouraged to support each other whether they are on the ground or not.
Health awareness: lessons about health, nutrition, and mental wellness will be included during break
time in the program to help learners understand a healthy lifestyle and how it can improve volleyball
performance. Learners will always be told about safe playing techniques and encouraged regular
health checks.
The experience of participation
Personal growth: Always boosting learners' confidence and sense of achievement by telling their
good deeds on volleyball. Valuable teachings about being a leader and having perseverance through
the sport will be provided.
Level of success: Celebrate individual and team achievements with awards, certificates, and public
recognition during school assemblies.
Level of Activity: Learners will be given a chance to play volleyball which is what they like after
exercising. they will challenge each other and all of them will get equal participation time so that
they are always engaged and active.
Fun: A funny and engaging atmosphere will be created during practices and games like the winning
team getting snacks after the game. Learners will be given a chance to show off their skills and teach
each other so that volleyball becomes their stress relief and they enjoy being part of the team.
