Operating temperature 165 - 175°C
Fill up Maintain pre-melting tank at ¾ full.
Avoid sudden addition of excessive solid hot melt
as this will lower the tank temperature significantly.
Toxicity This product does not contain any toxic materials.
Safety precaution To minimise the risk of burns, use eye protection and protective
clothing when working near a hot melt applicator.
Storage life 2 years in cool dry place.
Storage condition When not in use, store hot melt in air tight container to
prevent contamination such as dust, oil, etc. That could
lead to blocking of nozzles and deterioration effects.
End use Book binding adhesive - it is suitable on machines like SULBY,
MUELLER ROTOBINDER, etc.
Note Do not mix with other adhesive.
