SOUND CHECK:

Band will require minimum of 3 hours for sound check prior to doors. This 3-hour period begins only after all
backline and instruments are in position and operational on stage.

All inputs must be line-checked and the FOH and monitors systems must be fully functional and in a show ready
state.

It is expected that all sound equipment provided is of professional quality in perfect working condition, and is
accompanied by professionals, competent and pleasant technicians/engineers. A sense of humor doesn't hurt either.

There will be no tolerance for any hiss, buzz, hums, clicks, pops in any audio system.

AUDIO SYNOPSES:

PA system must be provided with sufficient power to evenly cover the entire venue.

PA must be able to reproduce 115 DB SPL at FOH position (A- Weighted/slow)

All processing must be made available to the FOH engineer for further processing if needed.

Please think big, sub-bass heavy night club sound.

Clean 230V of power to be provided on stage with Indian or German sockets for instruments.

We require a minimum of 3 hours of setup and sound check time. During this time no other PA system should be on
in the vicinity and no interruptions will be acceptable.

Sharing band instruments or moving its placement after the sound check is not accepted.

CENTRE OF FRONT FILL:

Centre fill system must be same as FOH system minimum of 4 TOPS &

1. Wedges (8) stage monitors: JBL VRX-915 (only).

2. IEM 12 NOS Sennheiser -2000 IEM with original IE4 earpiece & antenna distributor).
3. Extra (2) NOS Monitors on ramp if exist.

FOH CONSOLE:

(Preference for digital consoles only)

NOTE :- ANY OTHER CONSOLES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

STAGE PLOT

General Requirements:

Stage should be neat and clean with good carpeting minimum size required for outdoor show 40x30 ft’ stage and for
indoor show minimum 30x24 ft’.

Riser for drummer 8x8 ft’ and with height of 1 or 2 ft’.

Two green rooms with proper sitting arrangement with fans and refreshment.

Two electric fans on stage.

All the patching has to be ready before the band arrives on stage.
Instruments provided by the vendor have to be in condition.

 LIGHTING
Please make sure that all the lights provided are of professional quality, in perfect
working condition and with proper brightness. Main box Truss should be of 56*40
and 30 ft. height from the stage height.
