RENT AGREEMENT
This rent agreement is executed on 11/05/2023 at Faridabad (Haryana) between:
Mr. Gurcharan Parashar (Aadhaar No. 5350 6778 7838) S/o Sh. K.K Parashar R/o
House No. 5E/10 B.P, Railway Road, NIT-5 Faridabad, HARYANA-121001.
(FIRST PARTY/LANDLORD).
AND
Mrs. Neha Parashar (Aadhaar No. 3892 3838 3515) W/o Sh. Sourabh Parashar
R/o House No. 5E/10 B.P, Railway Road, NIT-5 Faridabad, HARYANA-121001.
(SECOND PARTY/TENANT).
NOW WHEREAS the first party is owner in possession of a office situated at 5E/10
B.P, Railway Road, NIT-5 Faridabad, HARYANA-121001 and the 1st Party is ready
to let out office at Ground Floor of the above said property to the second party
on monthly rent for OFFICE PURPOSE by the name of M/s GVV Express on the
request of the second Party.
NOW THIS RENT AGREEMENT STATED AS UNDER:-
1- That the rent of the said premises is Fixed and Paid at Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five
Thousand Only) per month and the amount of Rs. 5,000/- also paid as security
deposit which will be refundable without any Interest after adjusting dues, If any.
2- That the rent of the said premises shall be effective from 09/05/2023 shall be
continued for 11 Months.
3- That the period of tenancy may be extended at 10% on its previous rate for
further period on the option of the mutual understanding between both parties.
4- That the monthly rent shall be payable by the second party to the first party
latest by the 10th day of each English calendar month in advance.
5-That in case the second party would fail to pay the monthly rent to the first
party consequently for two months, then the second party shall have to Vacate
the premises in question immediately.
6- That the second party shall hand over the vacant physical possession of the
rented premises to the first party at the time of expiry of the tenancy period
positively in the same condition.
7- That the second party shall pay the Electricity Charges extra other than the said
agreement rent to the First Party/ to the concerned it department regularly as
and when the bills for such expenses/charges produced by the concerned it
authorities.
8- That the second party shall not make any constructions or additions alteration
in the buildings as well as in the open space without the written consent of the
first party.
9- That the second party shall not sublet part with the possession or assign the
same to the person in any manner.
10- That the first party shall pay all the taxes such as property tax, house tax etc.
as or may hereinafter be assessed by the local authorities or any concerned
authorities in respect to the premises in question.
11- That both the parties shall have to give 1 Month Advance notice in writing to
the other party in case of his/her vacating the premises in question.
12- Premises will be handover to the 1st party in the same condition as it is given
to the 2nd party today.
13-That the day to day repairs like electrical fitting, fuse will be carried out by the
tenant and major repairs like: cracks in building etc. will be carried out by the
landlord.
14- That the 2nd party shall permit the 1 st party or his authorized person to enter
the said premises at reasonable time for inspection.
15- That the first party shall not interfere into the peaceful possession and
enjoyment of the premises in question by the second party.
16- That the second party not get any loan, mortgage, lease, gift and let out etc.
against the said property to any person.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties here to have signed this agreement on the day,
months and year first above written in the presence of witness.
