How to Enrol for the POSH Course

to enrol for the Assessment on Creating Safe & Respectful Workplaces and Click on Register Now
Signup Process – In the Student Registration Page, fill in the below information
• Fill in First Name, Last Name, User Name (Type Your Employee id as username), Official
Email Address
• Create Password
• Click on Register
Note: Please write or save your username and password for future login.
Once you have completed the registration, click on Start Learning
Note: Please go through the course information, before proceeding to Start Learning
Note+ : Upon successful registration, learner will get a Welcome Mail with Subject: You are enrolled
in a New Course from [email protected]
(Please check your spam/junk folder and whitelist the above email address)
How to Access the Topics and Lessons:
• As you start the course, you will see the Course Content (Lesson Plans) on the Left, the
Progress Bar at the Top and Next button below to move on to the next topic / lesson
• Before moving to next topic / lesson, ensure that you “Mark as Complete” the current topic /
lesson
Note:
Please complete the “Assessment” and score a minimum of 60% to complete the course.
• If you score 60% or more in the assessment please go through the Next Steps – The Final
Step Lesson and then close the course to back to the main course page to View / Download
the Certificate of Completion.
Note:
In case, a learner is not able to score 60% or more, they will be prompted to click on Start Quiz again.
In case, a learner after the unsuccessful attempt clicks on Next, they would be prompted to go back to
Quiz and re-attempt
Scoring 60% or more
When a learner completes the final assessment and scores 60% or more, s/he can click on next to
move to the final module.
Downloading Certificate of Completion
The learner will be able to download / save the Certificate of Completion upon successful completion
the final assessment by scoring 60% or more.
To download the certificate the learner has to complete the last lesson What Next – The Final Step, first
click on Mark as Complete at the top right corner and then Click on the X again (as shown below)
Click on Complete Course
Provide Rating (Optional) -→ Click on X at the top right to close the window
Click on View Certificate to download / save the Certificate of Completion
View / Download the Certificate in PDF or JPG format.
Alternatively, the learner shall also receive an email and it will have the link to download the
certificate (as seen below)
Other Important Information:
Resetting Password:
In case you don’t remember your password, continue with the following steps:
Click on Forgot?
Type your username or email id and click on Reset password
Check your inbox / junk / spam folder
Skipping Lessons:
In case, you want to move to next lesson without completing the previous lesson, you will get the
following prompt “Please complete previous Lesson first”. Click on Back to Lesson to go the
previous and finish the lesson before proceeding further.
Q&A
In case you want to ask a question or want a doubt clarified, please follow the following steps:

➔ Click on Enrolled Courses
➔ Click on the Course → Click on Q&A → Leave your question and Click on Ask Question
