FIDIC publishes every now and
then updated or completely new
editions of its Model Contract
Forms and documents. For
example, in 1999 FIDIC
published the First Editions of
four new standard forms of
contract different than all its
preceding Contracte__issued
before 1995, namely: Conditions
of Contract for Construction,
Conditions of Contract for Plant
and Design-Build, Conditions of
Contract for EPC/Turnkey
Projects and this form for the
Short Form of Contract.
These new edition are different
than the former ones in many
aspects and provisions.
