GREEN LOGS GUIDANCE NOTE (ROB UPDATE) NAVTOR

How to update Tank ROB


1) Login to the software
2) Go to ROB section
3) Click on the Setting option (Tooth wheel icon)
4) Select Update ROB
Note: When updating ROB table, the date and time of update and the event
associated with that update is captured

To update all Tanks


1) Open the Update ROB window using the steps above.
2) Enter the Date and Time for the ROB entry under the Daily Inventory
header
Note: Clicking on “Apply same Time” will update this date and time across all tanks
on the current TABs and other TABS

3) Select the event


Note: When selecting the event under the Daily Inventory Header, the event
selected is applied to all tanks on the TAB visible

4) Update individual tank ROBs, and other parameters


5) Click on Save

Caution: When you click on “Save” the current ROBs of the tanks will save
using this common date time and event. Even tanks for which the
ROB was not altered, will be updated by taking the last known ROB
and updated for the common date/time and event applied.

To update only Selected Tanks (individually)


6) For updating individual tanks do not use the apply same date and time
function
7) Update the date and time and events at individual tanks

Warning!
Do not use common date and time under Daily Inventory Header or Common
Event and do not click on apply same date and time

8) Fill in the requested information for the Tanks


9) User can then switch Tabs and repeat this process for all the Tank
Types/Groups.
