MainLite – modular

The MainLite is a compact camera trac-
tor system from IBAK and features modular
design. Three different models are available:

Analogue IBAK cameras, the camera tractors

The portable solution with
150 m of cable
The MainLite easy consists of the following
components:
Electrically operated cable winch KT156
The KT 156 holds 150 metres of cam-
era cable. A drive motor makes it easier to
wind on cable. The compact design, the big
wheels and the folding transport handle make
inspections possible at hard-to-access loca-
tions that cannot be reached by a vehicle or
even with the MainLite fit. Thanks to its low
weight, it can be transported by one person.
To operate the system, all you need is a 240
volt power source.

The portable solution with up to

The MainLite fit consists of the following
components:
Motor-driven cable winch
Depending on individual requirements, motor-
driven winches are available with 200 metres
(KW206) or 300 metres of camera cable (KW
306).
Mobile rack
With the mobile rack, the cable winch can be
transported to locations that are difficult to
access with vehicles. The integrated seat also
makes it possible to work comfortably out-
side of the inspection van.
Control console

ate the camera and the camera tractor

The MainLite solid is identical to the Main-
Lite-fit system except that it is designed for
vehicle installation. As with the MainLite fit
system, the customer can also use the control
unit BP100 in the vehicle or opt for a model
with a built-in PC, a keyboard and a control
console with joysticks (BP10). The inspection
van can be operated optionally with the 200
metre (KW206) or the 300 metre cable winch
(KW306).

The control system for installation in IBAK
inspection vehicles
The IBAK BS10 is a control system for IBAK
inspection systems for installation in an
inspection or rehabilitation vehicle. This cen-
tral control and operating unit consists of a
control console (BP10), a BS10 interface box
and a keyboard.
All winches of the current generation
(KW206/306) and the camera tractors and
cameras that are compatible with these can
be operated with it. The connected compo-
nents are identified automatically by the sys-
tem. Operation of the camera tractor and the
camera is user-friendly with configurable joy-
sticks. The individually programmable keys
of the control console offer the user numer-
ous presetting possibilities. In addition, var-
ious features can be operated such as the
light intensity, functions of the camera and
the camera tractor and further system-rele-
vant options.
With the integrated data display generator,
descriptions of defects, symbols or com-
ments entered via the keyboard can be over-
laid on the video image.
In addition, there is a connection facility for
video recording equipment. Voice commu-
nication is possible via the intercom system
using the microphone integrated in the con-
trol console.

The control console for all current portable
IBAK systems
The control console BP 100 is a compact PC
for operation of the IBAK inspection software
and the control of IBAK cameras, camera
tractors and the cutter MicroGator Air.
It is equipped with a 10 inch touch screen pro-
tected by bonded glass plates. Therefore it is
optimally suited for everyday work at the job
site as it is scratch-proof and shielded against
rain..
The BP100 is provided with an efficient PC so
that the complete IBAK sewer analysis soft-
ware can be installed and used with all func-
tions.
Data can be transferred via a USB stick, a hard
disk or wifi (wifi USB stick).
The BP100 can either be directly connected to
the system to be operated (all IBAK compact
systems) or installed in the van with a vehi-
cle extension kit (consisting of an emergency
stop button for the BP100 and a table mount).
The cameras, the camera tractors or the Mic-
roGator Air are operated with two joysticks.
A wide range of accessories are available
such as ergonomic handrests, display extend-
ers and extension cables.
