This list should not be interpreted to indicate an availability of apartments in these

developments, but used only as a guide to locate middle income housing in New York City.
To ascertain whether apartments are available or may soon become available, please
contact the managing agent for the development of your choice. However, if your
choice is not available, you should inquire about apartments in any other development
operated by the managing agent.
