ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Toyota invites graduates to move their career to the next level through an exciting 2-year development
opportunity aimed at producing future leaders. For the past 2 decades Toyota has been a market leader in

of a structured career progression programme in various sectors including Engineering, Finance, IT,
Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Commerce and Human Resources.

• 34 years and younger
• Qualifications:
Engineering – BSc/BTech/BEng: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics,
Supply Chain – BTech/BCom
Computer Science/Coding – BSc
Marketing – BCom
Economics - BCom
LLB – Bachelor
Management/Communications - BSoc Sci/BCom/BA
Chartered Accountant - served articles at one of the Big 4 auditing firms.
CIMA / l3 CIMA
Accounting /Management accounting – BCom
Business Administration - BBusSci/BBA
Information Technology - BSc/BTech / ND
Human Resources - BTech
