Procedure

Online registration at the application portal of the o Admissions office (Immatrikulationsamt) of TU Dresden for Germans and Bildungsinlnder* or o International office (Akademisches Auslandsamt, AAA) of TU Dresden for international applicants. -> Print out the registration form at the end of the registration.

Fill out the application form for the master's program "Nanoelectronic Systems". Send the application, along with the registration form, German or English translations of all relevant academic certificates and documents proving aptitude & linguistic proficiency for formal verification to the faculty by email and post. E-mail: master-nes(at)mailbox.tu-dresden.de Postal address: Technische Universitt Dresden Fakultt Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik Master's Program Nanoelectronic Systems 01062 Dresden Germany Documents check list: o Application form for the master's program "Nanoelectronic Systems" o Registration form for the admissions office or the international office o Curriculum Vitae (CV) o Letter of Motivation (max. 1 page with font size 11) o Attested copies of university degree(s), and attested English or German translations of the university degree(s) (if the transcripts are not in English or German). If you do not have your degree at present, enclose a copy of your latest certified transcript (interim report) and an attested translation (if the transcript is not in English or German). o Chinese, Mongolian and Vietnamese applicants: original APS certificate from the Academic Evaluation Centre of German Embassy. o Attested school leaving certificate, and its attested German or English translation (if the certificate is not in English or German). o Proof of higher education entrance qualification, and its German or English translation (if the document is not in English or German), if available. o Certificate/documents proving proficiency in English o Documents proving expertise (One subject may be missing): Advanced Mathematics Electro-magnetic Fields Analog and Digital Circuit Design Systems Theory Operation and Construction of Basic Electron Devices Object-Oriented Programming All copies of the attested transcripts, documents, and their translations have to be attached to the e-mail as one PDF-file with a maximum size of 4 MB.

Personal interviews are conducted at the university or by telephone, if necessary, after the admissions committee of the degree program verifies your credentials and your proficiency.
