Project Manager
A Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the project (LEADER)
Will develop relationships with Labor Unions; Subcontractors, Vendors and
Manufacturers; Architects and Engineers; Owners and or Owner’s Representatives
Will organize the project; plan the schedule; and control quality and costs
