一、賽事背景介紹 About SIMOC

新 加 坡 全 球 數 學 奧 林 匹 克 挑 戰 賽 （ Singapore International Math Olympiad

Challenge）簡稱「SIMOC」，是「AMO」、「SASMO」和「SMGF」的晉
級賽，也是一個全球範圍內的數學競賽。只有在新加坡國際競賽委員會
「SIMCC」舉辦的包括「SASMO」、「AMO」中任意一項地區賽中獲得銅
獎以上，以及在「SMGF」獲得銀獎及以上獎項的選手可以獲得晉級機會。
The Singapore International Math Olympiad Challenge (SIMOC) serves as a
qualifying competition for AMO, SASMO, and SMGF. It is a globally
renowned mathematical competition that offers a platform for students to
showcase their talents. Only those who have achieved a Bronze medal or above
in either SASMO or AMO, or a Sliver award and above in SMGF, organized by
the Singapore International Math Competition Committee (SIMCC), are eligible
to participate in SIMOC.

自賽事開辦以來，除新加坡本地各公立學校對此賽事積極參與以外，馬來
西亞、印尼、中國、保加利亞、菲律賓、越南的各公立學校、國際學校與
機構也都對此賽事非常重視，並在調查之後積極參與此賽事，如今已有 32
個國家與地區參與比賽。
Since its inception, this competition has attracted significant interest from
various public schools and institutions not only from Singapore but also from
Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Bulgaria, Philippines, Vietnam, and other countries.
Nowadays, 32 countries and regions participate in this exciting event.

新加坡國際競賽委員會「SIMCC」是新加坡和亞洲最大的數學競賽組織者
之一，「SIMCC」是一家公益性企業，委員會會將其比賽收入的 20% 捐贈
給學生和教師。「SIMCC」在 40 個國家組織英語、數學、科學、編程、資
訊科學和領導力方面的國

建立持久友誼的紐帶跨越國界。「SIMCC」在柬埔寨(金邊)、印度(孟買)、

SIMCC, a notable organizer of mathematical competitions in Singapore and
Asia, operates as a non-profit organization, donating 20% of its competition
revenue to students and teachers. It organizes international academic
competitions in English, mathematics, science, programming, information
science, and leadership across 40 countries, aiming to promote educational
competitions through thought-provoking games and foster cross-border
interactions, collaboration, and lasting friendships among students. SIMCC
maintains offices in Cambodia (Phnom Penh), India (Mumbai), Indonesia
(Jakarta), and Singapore, with over 500,000 participants across 29 competitions
and assessments.

二、賽事規則 Competition Rules

舉辦時間：一般在每年 7 月份舉行。
Competition Time: Typically takes place in July each year.
試題語言為中英雙語，考試形式為線下。新加坡全球數學奧林匹克挑戰賽
「SIMOC」的行程期 4 天 3 夜，其中一天進行比賽，一天進行頒獎典禮。
比賽將包括個人賽與團隊賽，分別是：
The competition is conducted in both Chinese and English. The event spans 4
days and 3 nights, with one day dedicated to the competition and another for the
awards ceremony. The competition comprises both individual and team events:
1.個人賽：數學奧林匹克個人賽環節（Math Olympiad Contest）

2.團隊賽，共分為兩個部分：
 數學鬥士團隊賽環節（Math Warriors）& 數學大師團體賽環節（Math
Master Mind Competition）
 思維運動會團體賽環節（Mind Sports Challenge）

  Mind Sports Challenge

數學奧林匹克個人賽環節 Math Olympiad Contest

此環節考試共計 25 道題目，需要學生在 90 分鐘內完成。考試題型及得分
具體情況如下：
This part consists of 25 questions that need to be completed by the students
within 90 minutes. The scoring system is as follows:
 Section A：15 道選擇題（2 分/題）總分：30 分，答對 2 分，不答 0
分，答錯扣 1 分
 Section B：10 道簡答題（4 分/題）總分：40 分，答對 4 分，不答 0
分，答錯 0 分
卷面總分：85 分。為避免負分，賦予考生 15 分的初始分。
Students starts with 15 bonus points and Perfect Score=85 points.
（考試全程不得使用計算器 Calculators are not allowed during the exam.）

團隊賽 Team-based：
首先，組委會將所有考生按照年級分為三個組別：
Participants are divided into three age groups:
 低齡組（1 年級-4 年級）
Lower Division (Grade/Primary 1 to 4)
 中齡組（5 年級-7 年級）
Middle Division (Grade 5 to 7/Primary 5 to Secondary 1)
 高齡組（8 年級-12 年級）
Upper Division (Grade 8 to 12/Secondary 2 to Senior 3)
各組別中，每 5 個不同年級的考生為一隊，參加接下來的團隊賽。
Within each group, teams are formed with five players from different grades.

數學勇士團隊賽環節 Math Warriors

具體規則如下：
Specific rules are as follows:
1. 在開始時，每個小隊將獲得 6 枚不同面體的骰子，分別為 4 面體、6 面
體、8 面體、10 面體、12 面體、20 面體；
Each team starts with six dice of different shapes: a 4-sided, 6-sided, 8-sided,
10-sided, 12-sided, and a 20-sided die.
2. 一支小隊將和另外 3 支來自相同組別的不同小隊分別進行 3 輪比賽，每
贏一輪得 1 分，最高可得 9 分；
Each team competes in three rounds against three other teams from the same
age group, earning 1 point for each win, with a maximum of 9 points.

3. 在每一回合中，選手/小隊必須表明他們所使用的操作以及攻擊方式（力
量攻擊或智力攻擊）來捕獲對手的骰子。對於任何未這樣做的選手，其對
手可以舉手叫來裁判以確保符合賽事規定，裁判可以取消違規小隊的參賽
資格；
During each match, contestants must state the operation(s) and attack (Strength
or Mind) that they are using to capture their opponent’s die. For any attacking
team/player who does not do so, his opponent can raise his hands to call a Judge
to ensure compliance and the judge could disqualify the offending team.
4. 一旦用於攻擊的骰子使用完畢，選手/小隊必須重新擲骰子。如果任何選
手的骰子不小心被移動，且雙方玩家都能同意移動前骰子上的數字，那麼
允許將其放回原本的數字。如有任何異議，則受影響的骰子應重新投擲。
如有進一步異議，請舉手叫來裁判以確保合規性，裁判可以取消違規小隊
的參賽資格。
Once the die/dice used in the attack, the player/team must re-roll their dice. If
any player’s die/dice is accidentally moved, and both players can agree to the
numbers on the die/dice previously, putting them back in the proper number is
allowed. If there is any disagreement, then the die/dice affected should be
re-rolled. In case of further disagreements, raise your hands to call a Judge in to

ensure compliance and the judge could disqualify the offending team.
5. 如果任何小隊在 15 秒內沒有發起攻擊，對方小隊可以叫來裁判以確保合
規性，裁判可以取消違規小隊的參賽資格。
If any team does not make an attack within 15 secs, the opponent team can call
for a Judge to ensure compliance and the judge could disqualify the offending
team.
6. 每場比賽結束時，委員會會要求獲勝者在積分卡上蓋章，而另一支團隊
則在其記分卡上劃叉。每輪比賽結束時，每支小隊將順時針移動一個位置。
At the end of each game, the Event Director will ask the winners to get a stamp
and the other team will get a cross mark on their score cards. At the end of each
round (3 games), every team will move one position clockwise, so there is a
rotation of teams.
7. 三場數學勇士團隊賽結束後的 40 分鐘，來自同一小隊的所有參賽者必須
向組委會提交記分表，以便統計結果。
After 40 minutes, at the end of the third Maths Warriors team round, all
contestants from the same team must submit their score sheet to the section
chief for tabulation of results.

數學大師團體賽環節 Math Master Mind Competition

數學大師賽（MMM）共分兩輪。
The Math Master Mind Competition is divided into two rounds.

第一輪：5 道題，每題 1 分，共計 5 分

Round 1: There are 5 questions, with 1 point for each question, totaling 5
points.

1. 每個小隊將獲得 5 個問題。正確答案將獲得一分，未答和錯答將不得分；
5 questions will be given to each team. One point will awarded for each correct
answer. No points will be given for unanswered questions and wrong answers.
2. 每個小隊將選擇一名人員作為隊長，負責將答案寫入 AES。隊長將向小
隊展示其 MMM 卡片，以便進行討論。每個問題將展示五個數字，一個位
於中心，四個位於四個角上，如下所示：
Each team will choose one person to be the leader to write down answers to the
AES. The leader will share his/her MMM card to the team to allow for
discussion. Each question will present five numbers. One in the center and four
at the four corners, as shown in the example below:

The team will have to use the surrounding four numbers and the four operations
and brackets - BODMAS (+, -, x, ÷ ) to form an equation matching to the
middle number. For example, the following equation can be from the question
in the above example:

or
(5+3)+4×2=16
or
(5-3)×4×2=16

3. 決定答案後，隊長或者小隊將完整的數學運算式寫入答題紙並交給裁判。
After deciding on the answer, the leader or any team will write the full
mathematical statement into the AES and hand it to the judge.

第二輪：每位小隊成員 2 道題，每題 3 分，共 10 道題，小隊共計 30 分

Round 2: Each team member will have 2 questions, with 3 points for each
question. There are 10 questions in total, amounting to 30 points for the entire
team.
1. 小隊成員將被分開，以防他們的答案被本隊或其他隊成員抄襲；
Team members will be separated from their team and so that their work cannot
be copied by their team or another team's members.
2. 裁判將給每位小隊成員發放兩張 MMM 卡片和答題紙；
The judge will give each team member a set of 2 MMM cards and AES.
3. 每位小隊成員必須將兩個數學運算式填入答題紙；
Each team member must fill in the 2 mathematical statements into the AES.
4. 每張卡片可為小隊成員贏得 3 分，小隊最高可獲 30 分；
Each team member can score 3 points for each card with the team gaining a
maximum of 30 points.

5. 所有成員將把答題紙交給裁判以匯總。所有成員必須在答題紙上寫下小
隊編號和自己的名字。
All members will give their AES to the Judge to compile the team AES. All
team members must write their team number and their own names to the AES.

兩個環節結束後，組委會將兩環節比賽的分數累計相加，計算方式為：
After the completion of the two segments, the organizing committee will tally
the scores of both competitions by adding them together. The calculation
method is as follows:

數學勇士團隊賽分數“Math Warrior” Part Score

Competition.

其中，數學大師團隊賽分數為其兩輪比賽分數總和。
The score for the " Math Master Mind " team competition is the sum of the
scores from its two rounds.

思維運動會團體賽環節 Mind Sports Challenge

思維運動會環節（Mind Sports Challenge）是一個團隊合作競賽環節。本環
節只有一輪，組隊方式同前兩場團隊賽，人數為 5 人一隊。每個小隊將在
45 分鐘內儘快解決 8 個動手謎題，其中解決所有挑戰題最快的小隊或 45 分

鐘內答對最多題目的小隊將獲勝。
This is a 45 minute activity where each team (same team as Math
Warriors/MMM), will need to strategize to solve 8 hands-on puzzles as quickly
as possible. Teams will be ranked by the most number of puzzles solved
followed by the shortest time taken.
小隊可以共同解決每個謎題或者每個成員分別解決其中一個謎題。謎題通
常包括組裝或拆解金屬或木質拼圖、串珠拼圖以及提供操作材料的手工挑
戰活動。這將需要團隊合作，發揮小隊成員的創造力來完成這些挑戰。
Teams can jointly solve each puzzle or assign one puzzle to each individual
team member for resolution. The puzzles are usually put together or take apart
metal or wood puzzles, string puzzles, and math challenges with manipulative
supplied. These will require the team to collaborate, tap on their combined
creativity and problem solving skills to complete these challenges.
每個團隊都會提供一張答題紙。每當小隊解決一個謎題時，裁判會給予他
們分數。對於只允許一個答案的特定謎題，任何錯誤的答案將導致得分為
零。因此，小隊必須緊密合作，以確保獲得更高分數。
Each team is provided with an answer entry sheet (AES). Each time the team
solves a puzzle, the judge will give them points, for specific puzzles where only
one answer is allowed, any wrong answer will result in the score of zero. So the
team must collaborate closely together to ensure maximizing their team score.

三、獎項設置 Results and Awards

每位參賽者都會根據他們獲得的獎項獲得實體證書。沒有獲獎的參賽者仍
會獲得一份參與活動的證書。成績滿分的參賽者以及金、銀、銅牌獲獎者
將榮獲 SIMOC 獎章。
Every participant will be awarded a physical certificate based on the awards
they secure. Those who do not win any award will still be presented with a
certificate acknowledging their participation. Participants achieving Perfect
scores, as well as Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners, will be honored with the
SIMOC medal.

數學奧林匹克個人賽環節（Math Olympiad Contest）

 滿分獎：滿分獲得者（將收到一份滿分特製獎牌、紙質證書、電子證書
和價值 100 新幣的代金券並有機會加入國際青年榮譽協會「IJHS」）
Perfect Score: Perfect score Winner (Will receive a specially made medal, paper
certificate, e-certificate, and a SGD 100 voucher, with the opportunity to join the
IJHS - International Junior Honor Society)
 金獎：10%（將收到一份獎牌、紙質證書和電子證書並有機會加入國際
青年榮譽協會「IJHS」）
Gold Award: Top 10% (will receive a medal, paper certificate, and e-certificate,
with the opportunity to join IJHS)
 銀獎：11%-25%（將收到一份獎牌、紙質證書和電子證書並有機會加入
國際青年榮譽協會「IJHS」）
Sliver Award: Next 15% (will receive a medal, paper certificate, and e-certificate,
with the opportunity to join IJHS)

Furthermore, the organizing committee will assess the individual and team
scores to select the first, second, and third place winners for each grade level,
awarding the Overall Champion, Runner-up, and 2nd Runner-up titles for each
grade. Specifically:
 總冠軍：各年級 Top1，將獲得一份定制獎牌、紙質證書、價值 250 新幣代
金券、YALA 獎學金（只針對 4 年級以上考生）以及有機會進入國際青年
榮譽協會「IJHS」；
Overall Champion: Top 1 in each grade level, will receive a customized medal,
paper certificate, SGD 250 voucher, YALA Scholarship (applicable to students
above Grade 4 only), and the opportunity to join IJHS.
 總亞軍：各年級 Top2，將獲得一份定制獎牌、紙質證書、價值 150 新幣代
金券以及有機會進入國際青年榮譽協會「IJHS」；
Overall Runner-Up: Top 2 in each grade level, will receive a customized medal,
paper certificate, SGD 150 voucher, and the opportunity to join IJHS.
 總季軍：各年級 Top3，將獲得一份定制獎牌、紙質證書、價值 100 新幣代
金券
2nd Runner-up: Top 3 in each grade level, will receive a customized medal, paper

五、退款政策 Refund Policy
報名截止日期後，已繳納報名費用將不予退還。
After the registration deadline, no refunds will be issued for the competition
fees.

六、其他事宜
因不可抗力因素影響賽事，本賽事組委會有權改變賽事方案或終止賽事。
本章程在賽事活動可能會根據實際情況進行調整或修改，本賽事組委會擁
有對本賽事的最終解釋權。
In the event of force manure factors affecting the competition, the organizing
committee has the right to alter the competition plan or terminate the event. The
regulations of this competition may be adjusted or modified based on actual
conditions, and the organizing committee retains the final interpretation rights
of this competition.
