1. Origins of Ashati
Our multi‐dimensional universe extends beyond the physical world. Although invisible to the eye,
the non‐physical dimensions have a visible influence over our lives. Even if sometimes associated
with tales and “incomplete” theories, the non‐physical dimensions are part of a very structured and
rational reality, based on the properties of energy and vibration. While today’s scientists focus
primarily on the physical world, expanding our ways of thinking may be the only path to free
ourselves from our current limitations, and to expand the reach of science.
Ashati was developed by myself, Jerome Baudel. Born in France, I started to travel and live in other
countries as soon as I reached my 18th birthday, motivated by my fascination for human behaviours,
cultures and languages, and looking for “something more” to life, something that I later realised was
actually within me, rather than in the external world all around me. I studied psychology and various
forms of energy healing, spirituality and divination. My knowledge about the universe and the
human levels of consciousness, as well as the tools and energetic procedures to perform the very
powerful Ashati energy activations, were channelled from non‐physical and higher dimensional
beings, over a few years. This channelling work was planned for me on a higher level, and I didn’t
consciously expect nor seek it.
Channelling simply means that this knowledge was obtained through meditation work, receiving
new information rather than studying with the “brain” what already existed in books and manuals.
In fact, I was guided not to read books or other sources of information about spiritual and energy
healing matters during the channelling process. All the discovered techniques and energy
activations were trialled and the same results and feedback were consistently received. Later
research in ancient systems and new scientific theories also presented extraordinary similarities
with the knowledge received through Ashati about the universe and its dimensions. However, most
of the Ashati teaching remains unique and seems to bring a comprehensive, logical and grounded
view about our world and ourselves.
I channelled this knowledge and developed the many levels this system was naturally divided into
over a period of about seven years. During this time, I also went through the Ashati transformation
and the deep healing, clearing and consciousness development it facilitates. As my energy and
abilities evolved through this process, I connected with and channelled more and more information,
from beings from higher and higher dimensions, all connected to this system. A lot of my
understanding about our universe, based on what I received, is provided within the full Ashati
system (over the many levels within it).
I believe that the level of consciousness people reach enormously affects the level of understanding
they each can obtain, even from the same source of information. To me, spiritual development is
not about telling others what to believe, but rather giving them the energy and energetic
connections they need to become able to reconnect with a truth they often already have, but on a
5 of 22 Ashati 2 www.ashati.org
much higher level within themselves. The Ashati system’s courses (including the Ascension and
Alsemia energy activations) contain all the details that are required in order to go through your own
Ashati journey and to make the most out of it. The rest will naturally come to you over time through
inner guidance, realisations and synchronicities.
Coming from a scientific background, and looking at spirituality and energy work from a very
structured and grounded perspective, one of my goals is to open people’s minds to this type of work
and to the fact that it does not have to be “irrational” and unstructured. There are simply new
parameters to take into account that can logically explain this work and make the results of energy
work replicable. I simply ask to keep an open mind about Ashati, and about everything else. If one
doesn’t open to all possibilities, one may remain stuck in the incomplete truth and the many
limitations of a smaller world, often for a lifetime, or many.
As a physical being, the level of consciousness that you experience in your body seems to greatly
depend on your energetic development, and on the energy bodies that your brain is ‘connected to’,
to put it in simple terms. The energy activations included in the Ashati system directly work on this
connection between your energy self and your physical self. This is the reason why so many people
have noticed their energy change and their consciousness expand so quickly after having received
and integrated the energy activations.
The Ashati 1 energy activation and self‐healing work will have helped you heal, cleanse and balance
the energetic parts of your being connected to your lower consciousness – mostly the lower chakras
and the energy bodies connected to them. Along with this healing work, you may also have
experienced some changes in your thoughts and emotions, or in your life in general (perhaps
seemingly unrelated, which are often the result of the manifestation into your life of these inner
energetic changes). Ashati 2 will bring about a similar process, but reaching into a higher level within
your being.
The Ashati 2 energy activation will indeed focus on reconnecting with and healing the “higher
consciousness”, linked to what is commonly called the soul. The higher consciousness within the
physical body is created by the connection between the physical body (and brain), the soul body
and the two higher astral bodies that directly affect it. These three energy bodies are connected to
the physical body through the three higher main chakras: the throat chakra (soul body), the third
eye chakra (higher emotional body) and the crown chakra (higher mental body).
In addition to deep soul‐level healing, the level 2 energy activation and energy work will indeed push
you forward in your development to help you become much more consciously aware of this higher
6 of 22 Ashati 2 www.ashati.org
part of your being and your mind. With this change can come a new, subtle, but profoundly different
way of being, feeling, acting and even thinking.
A higher consciousness will also help you become more conscious of your higher senses. It will
therefore help you to develop this perception of something larger than the physical reality, as well
as the increasingly stronger inner guidance from your own higher‐self.
Whereas the lower consciousness is centred on the physical reality and on control, using what we
consider to be the “intellectual” mind to determine what should be felt, said and done, the higher
consciousness starts to be much more about our soul nature and what feels right, as a soul in a
physical body and in the physical reality. It is less about creating and forcing manifestation with
lower levels of understanding of the forces at play, and more about following the path meant to be
for the physical self, a path that is defined by the higher‐self of the person.
What the intellect considers as a good option may sometimes feel wrong to the higher
consciousness. For example, a promotion at work that seems to all like an amazing opportunity may
feel like a dark and empty option to a person with a higher consciousness, if a different future is
destined for them. In this case, this option, or path, is not for their highest good and would not lead
to fulfilment and happiness. This person is now able to feel this before going on this path and before
having to face all the imbalances and issues it would have created in their being and in their life.
This highest good is determined by the person’s higher‐self, and therefore from a level of
understanding about the person’s path, past, present and future, that is much greater and much
more comprehensive. It consequently always leads to balance, fulfilment and happiness, and the
person’s own emotions and intuitive guidance will often be the language guiding them to it.
Someone going through this deeper healing and spiritual development journey may also feel that
old relationships, with a partner, relatives or friends for example, may feel like they need to change,
evolve, be left behind or renewed.
These subtle changes, and others, in the way you will feel and think, will often have a great and
positive influence on your health, balance and wellbeing. And because you will not force anything
from a lower level of understanding and lower level of ego anymore, these changes will also help
you go on a path with less obstacles, less failed attempts, less confusion, less anxiety, etc.
This, however, often requires a transitional period. During this transition, you are likely to go back
and forth between “thinking your path” and simply “feeling your path”. Over time, you will find
clarity in understanding which way offers you a more balanced and happier outcome, which with
no doubt will be the higher consciousness path. This is not however something that you can simply
tell yourself or debate over intellectually. It is something that you need to experience when the
7 of 22 Ashati 2 www.ashati.org
energetic “upgrade” of your being has been completed through the Ashati energy activations 1 and
2, and after some self‐healing work and integration time.
The transition to the higher consciousness will then be completed over another but often shorter
period of time, as everything is progressive, even though accelerated through this Ashati journey.
This is something to keep in mind throughout your whole Ashati journey: there is no need to
intellectually force change upon yourself, but rather try to let change come to you over time, and
simply keep doing what feels right for you, every moment, in of course a safe, grounded and
balanced way, with respect for yourself and others. Intellectually forcing change upon yourself is
likely to repress aspects of yourself, beliefs, thoughts and emotions that are still there and need to
be acknowledged, and perhaps dealt with, or fulfilled, before you can naturally and truly move on.
Simply be honest with your thoughts, beliefs and emotions, at all stages. Feel and acknowledge
them fully for what they are, and allow them to evolve naturally, knowing that nothing ever
stays the same, and that everything is ultimately temporary.
Try not to repress any emotions or thoughts, even those that your intellectual mind may deem
“minor”, “irrelevant”, “negative”, “shameful” or “not worthy”, for example. Each of them is
there for a reason (to guide you on your path, or to discover something to heal or release, for
example). Denying their existence is not making them go away, and it is not helping with your
development and self‐awareness growth. Let time and these Ashati energies take care of your
evolution, and simply focus on your present state of mind and emotions, every moment of
every day.
I believe this is the key to speeding up your development, and I recommend to try to always
remember this as it will ease and fast‐track your journey.
Probably a very long time ago, your spirit decided to embark on an exciting adventure: the “soul
journey”. This journey is about experiencing the process of self‐realisation, manifestation, and most
importantly, the incredible experience of forgetting your true divine nature to slowly reconnect to
it and to the Source. This journey normally unfolds over many lifetimes, incarnations and deaths, on
this planet and perhaps others. A limitless number of life experiences are offered to each soul on
their own and unique path to the re‐discovery of their true nature and the nature of our multi‐
dimensional universe.
Your soul is an energetic vehicle, another body, to which your spirit gives life, and through which it
expresses itself and experiences life in the soul realm. A soul body seems to also be intimately
connected to and affected by the two higher energy bodies: the higher emotional body and the
higher mental body.
8 of 22 Ashati 2 www.ashati.org
The “home” of the soul body is the soul dimension, as it is made of the same energy, or rather the
same range of vibration. It needs to be incarnated into a physical body to exist within the physical
reality. This simply means that it needs to be energetically connected with, give life to and express
itself through a physical body in order to experience the physical world and its specific properties.
Souls without a physical body that have crossed over to the soul dimension are however able to
temporarily come into the astral world to connect with us. The astral dimension is indeed a world
between the physical dimension and the soul dimension, in terms of vibration, where our spirit
guides and the Ashati Guides also come to in order to communicate with us.
The soul was designed to enter the soul journey with restricted abilities and a limited access to its
spirit’s knowledge. Over many lifetimes and learning experiences, a soul progressively reconnects
with different vibrations of energy to heal and develop its physical and soul bodies, but also to
expand its consciousness. At the end of this journey, usually after many lifetimes and when a certain
level of energetic development has been achieved, the spirit within a spiritually advanced soul is
able to guide it to the final energetic ascension stages – corresponding to the advanced levels of the
Ashati system – in order to let go of the soul body, access a new level of awareness and
manifestation abilities, reach the higher dimensions and start a whole new chapter in their own
journey.
NOTE: It is important to understand that energy bodies are not required to create the thoughts and
emotions that we experience in the physical body. As long as your physical body (and brain) is alive
and connected to your spirit, it will be able to let you experience thoughts and emotions. The energy
bodies are simply additional levels and layers of mental or emotional influences that affect your
physical body, its awareness and often its health.
This connection to your spirit is currently done indirectly through the soul, which is directly
connected to your physical body. Your spirit will however become directly connected to your
physical body and chakra system later on, as part of the Ascension program, and after much clearing
and healing work has been facilitated on the lower and higher levels of your energetic being.

3. Ashati Healing
The Ashati 2 activation and energies now reach the soul level, expanding your higher chakras,
developing a permanent connection to your higher consciousness and more psychic potential,
whilst helping you heal other parts of your being and letting go of more unnecessary energies and
blockages. All of this will help you become much more conscious of your soul nature while
experiencing life in the physical body. A lot of past‐life and heart chakra healing will also be able to
take place during and after the energy activation integration period. This energetic past‐life healing,
although mostly subconscious, is central to this level. People with a lot of past‐life traumas will
therefore have a much more intense 21‐day integration, healing and clearing period.
As for level 1, everyone who has received the level 2 energy activation will indeed go through a 21‐
day integration period. Deep clearing and healing will take place during this time and it is again
important to perform self‐healings daily during this period. Regular self‐healings (e.g. twice or three
times a week) after this are also encouraged to continue your development and ascension journey.
In addition to giving you access to healing energies, mostly for past‐life and soul level healing, the
Ashati 2 energy activation will also help to permanently amplify the connection to your higher
consciousness. This connection to a higher level of consciousness will also help you develop higher
mental abilities (see section IV: Personal and Spiritual Development) and become more aware of
your subconscious knowledge, thoughts and beliefs. Again, the energy activation itself simply gives
you access to this new and higher potential. It is then necessary to tap into it and to transform this
potential into new skills and abilities by doing your self‐healings regularly, and by perhaps learning
more about your higher senses.
Prerequisite for Ashati 2: Ashati 1. It is important to leave at least 21 days between energy
activations.
10 of 22 Ashati 2 www.ashati.org
The Ashati Guides are fifth dimensional beings connected to the Ashati system and its energies and
energy activations. I gave the name “Ashati Guides” to these beings when channelling the first three
levels of the Ashati system directly from them. The word Ashati is actually the name of the second
symbol.
The Ashati Guides did not evolve on Earth but on another and distant planet. They are often seen
as very tall beings, with a long head and big eyes. Many people report seeing them wearing beautiful
black and gold cloaks.
These beings are very wise and loving, although they can feel “less emotional” to humans. They
have an extensive knowledge about the chakras, energy, healing, the dimensions, etc. They seem to
be able to perform deep changes to the human chakra system, thereby triggering profound healing
and clearing on many levels. Meditating with the Ashati Guides will therefore greatly speed up your
own development, especially in groups as the energy available then will be amplified exponentially
(you can look for an Ashati Circle on the Ashati website to experience group work with the Ashati
Guides).
The Ashati Guides will help during each of the level 1, 2 and 3 energy activations, and also
occasionally when performing healings to yourself or others. You can develop your conscious
connection to these beings by calling upon their help at the start of healings, meditations and Ashati
energy activations, and by acknowledging their presence when you feel it.
The Ashati Ascended Masters are sixth dimensional beings. They are the guardians of the energetic
ascension process and the Ascension program (Ascension 1 to 5). You will start working with them
when you begin your Ascension journey (starting with Ascension 1). More details about the Ashati
Ascended Masters will be provided in the Ascension 5 manual.
Hands‐on Healing
The hand positions to heal yourself and others remain the same as those taught in Ashati 1.
All the steps to perform a healing (for self and others) are detailed in the Healing Techniques manual,
which is included in the Ashati 1 course, and accessible within your Ashati 1 online course content.
If you do not have access to this online content, please contact your registered Ashati teacher.
The level 2 energies complement and are channelled alongside the Ashati 1 energies (and any other
energies that you have been attuned to). There is no need to mentally select Ashati 1 and then
Ashati 2. Instead, simply place your hands in the correct hand positions and let the energies flow as
11 of 22 Ashati 2 www.ashati.org
required, without mental control. The combined channelling of the Ashati level 1 and 2 energies (as
required for each healing) will start a healing process for the recipient of the healing (yourself for
self‐healings), which will continue for a few hours up to a few days. It is recommended to let the
recipient know this as thoughts, memories and emotions may come to their conscious awareness
anytime throughout this process. This subconscious healing happening in the background may also
make them feel more tired or emotional than usual during this period.
In addition, you can intend to channel, at the same time or whenever required, all other energies
that you access to and that are required for the highest good (e.g. Alsemia 1, Alsemia 2, Reiki, etc.).
Simply let your higher‐self determine what energies are needed and when. There is no need to
control this selection process from the conscious mind (or the “brain level”).
Each healing will help to heal and release unnecessary energies, especially on the lower and higher
consciousness levels. However, your being holds a vast amount of such energies and many sessions
are often required, each time reaching and healing a deeper level or new energies within these. A
standard healing on yourself or someone else takes about 20‐40 minutes.
IMPORTANT: Please refer to the Chakras & Energy Bodies manual for specific information on the
chakras (including their locations). This short manual is also part of the Ashati 1 online content. If
you do not have access to this online content, please contact your registered Ashati teacher.
Distance Healing
Permission is not required for distance healing as the recipient’s higher‐self has the free will
choice of accepting or rejecting the energies. Furthermore, the way these energies are used
by the person is also solely under the control of their higher‐self.
Permission before sending a distant healing should be sought, either directly from the
person (their conscious self), or from their higher‐self. To do the latter, you simply need to
intend to connect with the person’s higher‐self in your mind and ask. The answer may come
as a feeling, a word or an image, for example.
or symbols to someone when they are not meditating. The results will be almost the same, you may
however find it more difficult to connect psychically and you are then likely not to receive any
feedback from the recipient.
You can send energy to someone, an animal, a plant, a situation, etc., in the present, the past (e.g.
yourself at a traumatic time in your life to help resolve all connected “issues” today), or the future
(e.g. a job interviews in two days, a holiday, an event...).
Procedure
These steps replace the hand positions in the hands‐on healing technique. Protection and all the
other steps before and after a healing described in the Healing Techniques manual still apply.
STEP 1: Place your hands together (palms facing each other) with a space between them.
STEP 2: State in your mind the name of the person, animal, situation, business, etc. that you
wish to send energy to, or visualise a symbolic representation of them between your hands.
This is simply to clearly set your intention.
STEP 3: Start channelling the healing energies into the whole aura and physical body of the
recipient (for a person or an animal). You can also use visualisations to focus the energy into
specific areas (e.g. visualise yourself placing your hands over the recipient’s solar plexus to
heal this chakra, etc.). Just like for any healing, you can also open up to all other energies
you have access to, to channel them alongside and at the same time as Ashati (or whenever
required during the healing and as determined by your higher‐self – no conscious work
necessary).
Another technique is to use a support, or proxy, such as a doll or a teddy bear. Then intend to
connect it to a specific person for the duration of the healing. Finally, channel energy and place your
hands over the entire proxy or specific parts of it, as if it was the recipient’s body (you can use the
regular Ashati hand positions).
During a distance healing, you will be energetically connected to the recipient and you can therefore
receive as much psychic information as if they were in the same room.
13 of 22 Ashati 2 www.ashati.org
As mentioned before in this manual, the focus of the Ashati 2 healing work is on the soul, especially
its energy bodies and the chakras they are connected to. As your soul has most likely been
incarnated in many previous lives, a lot of this work is about energetic past‐life healing, which
corresponds to mental and emotional healing on the soul level.
Although the Ashati 2 energy activation will help to permanently move to a higher consciousness
level, this spiritual development happens over a few weeks and therefore may not be completed
before the end of the 21‐day integration period. This means that the vast majority of this past‐life
healing will take place outside your conscious awareness. You may again feel emotions, become
tired, moody, emotional and have new levels of realisations about various aspects of your being and
your life, but the details of what you are working on will most of the time escape your conscious
mind. This is however completely fine as you do not need to consciously understand this process in
order to let it happen. On the contrary, letting go of the hold of the conscious mind is often helpful,
for any type of healing.
Furthermore, it is important to understand that being able to reconnect with your soul doesn’t mean
that you will have a clear conscious understanding of all past‐lives and all soul’s emotions, beliefs
and patterns, for example. The connection to these energies will be mostly done through feelings
and intuition, more so than through clear memories. This is mostly due to the fact that the related
events took place before this life, and therefore before your body and brain were created. Your
brain hasn’t stored the memories from past‐lives and therefore can’t access them the same way as
the memories from this lifetime. However, this connection through feelings and intuition (through
the soul) can be just as strong as clear memories; it is simply different and something to accept and
embrace as it is.
Some past‐life regression and reconnection work through specific meditations or other techniques
can help you find out more specific details about your previous lives. However, please know that
this conscious work is not required for your Ashati journey and the healing and development it
facilitates.
The second Ashati symbol is called Ashati (pronounced Ah – Shah – Tee). This name must be
pronounced three times to activate the symbol (mentally or out loud).
In addition to bringing higher energies for mental healing (on the higher and lower consciousness
levels), the symbol also temporarily increases a higher consciousness connection within the
recipient. This connection is much weaker than the one permanently created by the Ashati 2 energy
activation. It will however help the recipient connect more easily and naturally with their soul level
14 of 22 Ashati 2 www.ashati.org
for a few moments, therefore bringing higher energies and more clarity into their body and lower
consciousness.
This symbol can be used during a healing session to add more energy and therefore amplify the
strength of the healing. It can also be used during meditations, psychic readings, counselling or
introspection sessions, information channelling work or whenever you or someone else need it.
Ashati is drawn in two continuous lines. The first one starts with the anticlockwise spiral which
should be ideally visualised over the third eye of the recipient (yourself or someone else) and ends
with the bottom clockwise spiral over the recipient’s solar plexus.
The second line draws the clockwise central spiral (from big to small spirals), which symbolises
healing energies being poured into this lower‐higher consciousness connection to heal, purify and
develop it.
The direction in which the spirals are drawn (clockwise or anticlockwise) is very important for all
symbols.
If you are interested in working as a healer, this training provides the minimum required
qualification to add these skills to your current healing modality or to start a new career as a
practitioner.
Practitioners are strongly advised to get a public liability and professional indemnity insurance. It is
also recommended to join a professional association for energy healing or complementary health
15 of 22 Ashati 2 www.ashati.org
practitioners, for example. Most of these will provide you with ethical and business guidelines,
opportunities for further development, additional support and also perhaps marketing and
advertising avenues. Completing Ashati 3 is also very much recommended for more advanced
healing techniques and abilities.
IMPORTANT: Please note that Ashati 1 and 2 are centred on giving you access to very powerful
and effective energies, mostly for healing and personal development. In addition, they give you
some skills in structuring and offering healings. Further training may be required in some
countries in order to work as a practitioner. It is up to each individual to find out the relevant
requirements in their own country and to assess what complementary skills and training they
need to acquire in order to start their practice, whether these are legally compulsory or not.
I believe an energy healer needs to always help people become all they can be. If someone is
hesitating between two paths, between two options, it is not a healer’s role to make that decision
for the person, or to influence him or her. Although they might know what they would do in that
same situation, according to their own beliefs, experiences and goals, no‐one can know what is truly
best for that person, but that person himself or herself. This also means that although it is usually
great to get good advice from others, the final decision regarding our own lives should always fall
back onto ourselves. We know what is best for us. We need to use our logic and intuition, and trust
that we will make the right decision. Even making mistakes can be the right choice. We learn as
much from mistakes as from successes (if not more), providing that the choices were really ours in
the first place.
A healer is, just like everyone else, ultimately only responsible for their own life and should always
respect and support other's reality and free‐will to do what they want to do and to be who they
want to be. Advising others is great, providing it is done from a higher perspective and trying to help
the person realise what it is that they truly want to do, rather than trying to impose personal
opinions and preferences.
16 of 22 Ashati 2 www.ashati.org
Just like a human being is made of different “energy bodies”, the universe is made of different
dimensions. Each of these dimensions is a different and separate “place”, with specific natural laws
and properties.
Physical Dimension
The physical world corresponds to the third dimension, after the universal (first) and the elemental
(second) dimensions. This realm can be seen as a “playground”, or “learning ground”, where souls
can incarnate and experience life in many different ways. This is done through a physical body to
which they become energetically connected and to which they give life. Each body is under the
influence of specific energies, giving the person particular personality traits, physical attributes,
talents and limitations, etc. Many of these are coded within one’s DNA, or in their astrological and
numerological charts, for example. They are also influenced by their upbringing and life experiences,
amongst other factors.
The properties of this physical realm are mostly studied and used by science, which has a very
important role to play in our development in the third dimension. One can imagine that the reach
and the positive influence of science in general will greatly expand once our scientists open to the
notions of spiritual dimensions, chakras and the aura.
It is very likely that there are many planets out there with primitive beings or very advanced
civilisations in which a soul, and even a spirit in its pure form, can incarnate and experience life for
many lifetimes. Each of these worlds offers a different energy and level of spiritual development.
All this provides spirits with an infinite number of opportunities to experience life, within a soul, or
perhaps directly incarnated into a body on some planets, whilst continuing to develop themselves.
Astral Dimension
The astral dimension is a place of many different types of energy. It is embedded within and
structures the physical dimension. It is also intimately connected to and affecting the soul dimension
and the soul body. It is therefore a connective world, or bridge, between the soul realm and our
physical world. Most of the healing energies that we know and use for healing purposes are astral
energies, as most of our energy bodies are made of different levels of astral energy too.
This dimension is also the communication “platform” between incarnated souls and non‐incarnated
souls. It is indeed a place where our loved ones who have passed away, our spirit guides and the
Ashati Guides can directly connect with us. It is however also the dimension in which astral bound
entities, or what we sometimes call “lost souls”, exist until the day they are guided back to the light
of the soul dimension. These beings, often emotionally and mentally confused, don’t always have a
17 of 22 Ashati 2 www.ashati.org
positive influence over our energy and the way we feel. You will learn to easily and quickly remove
possible attachments to these souls after having received the Ashati 3 activation and completed the
Soul Rescue online course, if you are interested in this healing and rescue work.
Soul Dimension
When the physical body of a person dies, the soul incarnated within disconnects from it and
therefore finds itself existing within the astral world. Eventually, or right away, it will let go and find
its way or be guided back to a higher vibrational dimension: the soul dimension. This dimension is
called many different names across human cultures and religions, such as Paradise, Heaven, the
After Life, Nirvana, etc. As with any dimension in this universe, the soul dimension has its own and
unique set of laws and properties.
NOTE: the concept of Nirvana suggests in many ways that it corresponds to the soul dimension.
However, because of the mention of the end of the incarnation cycle of a soul, Nirvana may
correspond to the spirit realm, connected to the later stages of Ascension (especially Ascension 4).
Most souls seem to wait for decades (from our physical dimension’s perspective) before incarnating
again. Some do this to wait for their loved ones who are still in a physical body. Some do this just
because they wish to exist and continue to develop in the soul dimension for a while, before
experiencing the physical world again. Most seem to incarnate with the same group of souls. This
can be due to karmic lessons needed to be learned – wishing to re‐establish balance with other souls
– or simply out of love and a desire to remain close to the same souls.
NOTE: There are more dimensions in our universe. These will be described in different levels of your
Ashati training.
There is another way to think, a way that is multi‐directional and based on images, real or symbolic.
This method of thinking is also linked to your third eye and therefore to your higher consciousness.
This being the case, it much more easily accesses and incorporates psychically received information
(even subconscious information), inner knowledge and spiritual guidance, in a multi‐directional way.
Indeed, many concepts and ideas can be channelled and analysed together in different directions
18 of 22 Ashati 2 www.ashati.org
and at the same time, providing the person succeeds in letting go of the habit of verbalising every
single thought, mentally or out loud.
Non‐verbal thinking can be used for any type of topics, from practical matters to more abstract ones.
It is just a faster and less draining way of processing information, although you will still need to
translate the result of your processing through words to communicate it to others.
STEP 1: Pick an easy and very practical topic such as “what am I going to make for dinner
tonight (all the steps)” or “what do I have to do tomorrow”.
STEP 2: Instead of using sentences, visualise all the relevant actions and ideas. Instead of
using words, you can, for example, symbolise each action or concept with one image (e.g.
“taking the train home” becomes a mental picture of your train station), visualise numbers
and mentally see times on a clock. Start with simple topics and for a few moments only. Over
time, extend the period of non‐verbal thinking practise to an hour, half a day…
NOTE: It is okay, especially at the beginning, to use some random words during non‐verbal thinking,
as long as these are also visualised (seeing the written word in your mind instead of just mentally
saying it) and thereby used as a visual symbol. It is better to avoid this practice as much as possible
though as it can easily lead to “slipping” back to a verbal mode.
Other Benefits
If you practise this method of thinking on a regular basis (ideally every day) you will soon be able to
spend hours or even a full day without “talking” to yourself. Having stopped the constant chatter in
your mind, you will find that your concentration and meditation skills will rapidly develop, along
with your connection to your psychic senses.
Being able to think in a non‐verbal way for an extended period of time is highly recommended to
make the most of your transformational Ashati journey. It will also greatly improve your mindfulness
and help you reach new levels of achievement when performing the Awareness Development
Activities (section 4.3).
This training will help you sharpen your concentration and develop your general mindfulness, both
being essential in self‐healing, self‐development and spiritual growth.

It is recommended to work on each of the below development exercises on a regular basis for a few
days, focusing on one particular type of awareness each day, for example. You can do them while
on your way to work, when out shopping, etc. Doing these in an “every day” environment, as
opposed to a meditation session, is indeed preferable.
To do so, simply intend to tune in with your emotions. Feel and observe them for just a few moments
at a time. With practice, you will find it easier and easier to keep a certain level of emotional
awareness throughout the entire day without conscious effort. The purpose of this training is to
become mindful of your emotional state at all times, and to understand your patterns and emotional
triggers. At a higher level, you will be able to observe your emotional processes as well, such as the
life cycle of specific emotions, the way you release them, perhaps how you tend to hide or even
bury them, etc.
Being aware of your emotions and expressing them in a healthy, honest and constructive way is an
essential part of your emotional healing and balance. In turn, emotional health and balance is
fundamental to mental, psychic and spiritual development – and greatly contributes to physical
health too.
Noticing your thoughts and also the way you feel (see the previous activity) may help you see and
understand the connection between what you think / feel with what happens in your life. Thoughts
and emotions are indeed the instruments of manifestation in many ways. This process is often slow,
giving the outside world the illusion of being disconnected from what goes on within us. It will
however speed up as you raise your vibration through this journey.

‐ Listening to your thoughts from a detached perspective, observing how you jump from one
thought to another.
‐ Taking note of all the negative thoughts that go through your mind (e.g. doubts, negative
comments, anxious thoughts).
‐ Monitoring when your mind becomes more active and when it seems to slow down.
‐ Acknowledging the seemingly random thoughts or images that come to you when you see, hear,
or even smell something or someone.
‐ Noticing the possible influence of psychic perceptions, and whether you dismiss them or take them
into account.
‐ Observing how much or how little you listen to your emotions, or make decision solely based on
your intellect (learning to also slowly trust your emotions is part of spiritual development and the
higher consciousness development).
Everyone is different and what you are able to see and understand will depend on your specific level
of development, self‐awareness, discipline, motivation to discover the deeper truth about your
mind, and other factors. It will also greatly evolve as you go further and further on this journey.
This exercise will naturally help you notice speech patterns, improve your expression and become a
better communicator in general. It will also help you to become aware of the importance of words.
Different words or sentences can express the same idea in many ways. The difference may
sometimes be very subtle. However, it may also completely change the message or the emotional
reaction of the person you are talking to. Words are powerful and learning to use them properly will
help you in all areas of your life. This training will also assist you in delivering healing feedback and
psychic messages in a more effective and empathetic way.

Ashati 3 is another giant step forward in your personal development, and also a first step into the
natural energetic ascension process. This activation will open up the chakras located above your
crown chakra and help you to start moving to a spirit consciousness level. This revolutionary
energetic transformation often helps initiates to better understand their own unique gifts and life
purpose, as well as to develop their intuition and other psychic senses to even higher levels.
Soul Rescue (prerequisite: Ashati 3) is an essential part of your energetic and spiritual development
journey, helping you to better understand what astral entities are, how they may influence you and
those around you, and how to remove them and cross them over to the fifth dimension (“Heaven”).
The unique chakra activation offered with this course will help you to sense entities more easily,
and a symbol will be provided to help you remove them in seconds, without having to perform
difficult techniques or connect with them energetically.
Alsemia 3 (Alsemia 1 and 2 are also required) will access a whole new level of energy connected to
the soul light dimension (sixth dimension). These energies are very powerful for physical healing
and manifestation purposes – and different to those accessed through Ashati 3. This course also
includes new and practical ways to apply these changes and energies in various aspects of your life,
including how to create energy vortexes and a new type of very effective energy clearing.

It is normal and expected as part of this healing and personal development journey to experience some emotional and
possibly physical clearing / healing symptoms, from time to time, especially in periods of regular self‐healings. This
process, driven by you and your own individual healing journey, may affect you for a few minutes to a few days. It is
then recommended to continue regular self‐healings to speed up this healing process. However, if you experience
unusual or severe symptoms, or if you feel concerned in any way, please make sure to seek medical advice. All the
content and healing work within this course is considered complementary in nature and should not, under any
circumstance, alter or replace the service, treatment, medication or advice provided by medical practitioners.
