INTRODUCTION/PROCLAMATION.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS AR EEXCEPTED. This result Gazette. is issued as a notice only. Any entry
appearing therein does not itself confer any right or privilege to a candidate for the grant of a

Certificate. However, the Board reserves the right of rectifying errors and omissions in the result at
any time.
The Secondary School, Certificate (2nd Annual) Examination, 2024 commenced on 20.08.2024. The
2 Practical Examination continued upto 01-10-2024. The result is being declared on 30.10.2024 at 10.00AM.

11837Candidates applied for this Examination out of which11807candidates actually appeared whom

result is being declared through this Result Gazette.
The Result is being declared on Fail / Pass basis by following re-appearing chance under rules in the 2nd
a) Annual examination. The candidates who have passed the exam, their result have been shown along with
their Names / Roll Nos. and obtained marks.

“Who appeared as fresh candidates in the Secondary School Certificate 2nd Annual Examination, 2024 but
b) failed in any subject/s are eligible to re-appear till Secondary School Certificate 1st Annual Examination,
2026.”
The candidates who have been declared “Fail as a whole” may repeat their Examination in full subjects in
c) any subsequent Annual Examination under the pervailing Scheme.

The Board in its 364th meeting held on 29th June, 2022 under agenda Item No. 5 as adoption of PBCC
decission dated 30.03.2022, Regarding two Annual Examination system for SSC and HSSC uninimously
5 decided that any candidate who could not apply for the 1st Annual Examination will be eligible to take the
2nd Annual examination as a fresh candidate if otherwise no restriction imposed by the Govt.

All queries regarding the result of candidates from recognized/affiliated Institutions should be sent
6 through the Head of Institution concerned.
The result intimation (Detail Marks Card) will be sent to the Regular Students through their Heads of
7 Institutions under registered parcel and to the individual private candidates by ordinary post at the
addresses given in the Admission Forms.
For the purpose of improving marks / grades, candidate will be provided four examination
opportunities in the current / prevalent syllabi in the same subjects / group ( Part-I , Part-II,
Part-I +II, Subject Part-I + II or subject of any part) in which he previously passed the examination

under existing Rules. The chances can be availed within a period of four years of having passed
SSC examination. provided that the chances must be availed before appearing in any higher
examination conducted by any Examination Body.

In case of non receipt of result card upto 15.12.2024, the candidates may contact with the Matric

Branch and can get result card without any fee within two months after the declaration of result.

The candidate can apply for re-checking within 15 days of declaration of result under rules if they

desire to do so.

Subject: Declaration of Result of SSC (2nd Annual) Examination, 2024

The result of S.S.C (2nd Annual) Examination, 2024 has been prepared in
a fair, correct & transparent manner. The same has been prepared on double
entry system by the Computer Section under the supervision of System Analyst
i.e. from Award List and Counter Foil, respectively.

Moreover, the comparison between the results prepared by feeded Awards

Lists through key punching and the scanning/OMR processing of Award Part of
Answer Books has also been made and rectified accordingly. The proof reading
of awards and checking of result notification has been done by Matric
Branch.The old Posting has been verified by the Matric Branch.

All SOP’s as issued by the Controlling Authority/PBCC from time to time

in order to prepare the result have been followed responsibly and in true letter
and spirit. As such, the result of SSC 2nd Annual 2024 is ready to be
declared/Notified under the Govt. Policy Wednesday on 30.10.2024 at 10.00
A.M.
