Digital Key Registration Form

Before completing this form, please review the following:
1. Smartphone Digital Keys are $25 plus tax.
2. To obtain a Smartphone digital key, proof of identity (a government-issued photo ID) must accompany this form.
3. If the resident is a tenant, this form must be signed by the property owner and a current lease must be on file for the tenant.
4. Once processed, you will receive an email with instructions for downloading the app and adding the single-use digital key to the app.
5. Digital Keys are not transferrable and once activated will work only on the activated phone.
If the device is lost, stolen or replaced a new digital key will need to be purchased.

CC&R’s and Rules & Regulations and provided to Homeowners. I understand that I am responsible for my guests and my tenants’ compliance within the community. I agree
to abide by these guidelines at all times. If indicated in Payment Method, I also authorize applying the charge for the digital key to my HOA account.
