Water treatment/Wastewater treatment/River water treatment system) with Associated Utilities, Storage and
export pipelines (Onshore/ offshore) as Safety Risk consultant.
Well conversant with operational lifecycle and design such as conceptual, FEED, detailed design additionally
adding value in safety perspectives for assignments in different local to improve operability, reliability,
maintainability and safeguard in view of process and operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 Facilitation of HAZOP/ HAZID/ Design Review workshops, Cause and Effect Review.
 Performing Aspen HYSYS and PROMAX process modelling.
 Performing process dynamic modelling in Aspen HYSYS.
 Provide risk and safety engineering support for offshore and onshore oil and gas projects during design
(FEED and detailed design) and operations phases.

STUDIO for Subsea Pipeline, Onshore Pipelines as well as Flow lines and trunk lines.
 Performing Transient Simulation for various cases such as valve closure, pump startup/restart cases on
OLGA including pump modelling and utilizing various Controllers (PID, cascade, Manual and Override) as
necessary.
 Performing steady state hydraulic analysis on PIPESIM.
 Participation in Risk Assessment studies such as Design Reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, SIL, F&G
Study, FHA and PHSER studies. Performing HAZID /HAZOP and SIL close out in mutual understanding
with Client.
 Firewater System Design for the onshore and offshore facilities. This involves firewater demand
calculations.
