authorise HDFC Bank to debit my HDFC Bank account number
(your 14 digit bank account number here)

towards the recovery of the overdue amount of Rs. of

the aforesaid Loan account.

Dear Customer,

1. This authorisation letter is valid only for one debit transaction

and for the month in which the letter is dated.
2. This authorisation letter cannot be treated as the mandate for
Standing Instructions.
3. Customer is requested to fill up a separate SI mandate for
monthly debits.
4. This authorization letter must be signed by all the Bank Account
Holders in case of Joint Account.
