Subject: Payment of Dearness Allowance to Departmental Labour System
Workers working in FCI Inland Depots/Ports governed by IDA pattern of pay scales
at revised rate effective from 01.10.2024
Ref: FCI Hqrs. Circular No.04/2019 dated 03.06.2019 and Corrigendum
dated 11.06.2019.
In reference to the Headquarters Circular No 04/2019 dated 03.06.2019 issued by
IR-L Division, the rate of Dearness Allowance is revised w.e.f 01.10.2024 as per the
details given under:
DA w.e.f.
01.10.2024
On Revised pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.2017 for calculation of wages 47.8 %
On Pre-revised pay scale for the purpose of calculation of incentive
106.8 %
(w.r.t. Para 14 of Circular No. 04/2019 dated 03.06.2019)
The other terms and conditions of payment of Dearness Allowance shall remain
same.
This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
