WHEN MAKING ESPRESSO
1. Remove portafilter and flush grouphead 2. Knockout spent grounds and wipe basket clean and
dry
3. Dose desired weight of coffee allowing 0.2g variance 4. Distribute coffee
5. Tamp correctly and consistenly 6. Clean loose grounds

7. Insert portafilter and start the pump immediately 8. Stop the pump according to your recipe
9. Remove portafilter, knock out grounds, clean your
basket and return the portafilter back into the grouphead,
in order to keep its temperature.
WHEN MAKING MILKY DRINKS
1. Empty and clean your milk jug 2. Purge steam wand before foaming

DAILY CLEANING
DURING THE DAY
1. Backflush and brus grouphead 2. Remove basket and clean with hot water
AT THE END OF THE DAY
1. Empty and wipe the bean hopper 2. Grind and discard leftover coffee, empty the doser
and brush excess grounds
