Script for IBED Program

Teacher’s Day is all about giving thanks to the people who inspire us to dream bigger,
aim higher, and work harder. They make learning fun, challenging, and always
worthwhile. Good morning, stratfordians! And welcome to our very special Teacher’s
Day celebration! A day we dedicate to the brilliant minds who’ve patiently taught us
everything from ABCs to OMGs.

I’m teacher Reddz, and I have the absolute honor of being your emcee today! So sit
back, relax, and get ready for a day full of inspiration, performances, and of course, our
heartfelt appreciation for all the amazing teachers who make a difference every single
day!

And now, to officially kick off this wonderful celebration, it’s time to invite peace and
guidance into our hearts and minds. We know that teachers not only nurture us
academically but also spiritually, helping us grow into well-rounded individuals. So,
without any further ado, let’s all rise and open the program with a prayer, which will be
led by our selected Grade 10 students.

Please remain standing as we sing the Philippine National Anthem and, of course, the
Stratford Hymn with our officers.

Alright, you may all be seated and get comfortable! Today, we celebrate the true
superheroes in our lives—no capes needed—our amazing teachers! They’re the ones
who turn confusion into clarity, and somehow, make even Mondays bearable.

Since we officially kicked off this celebration, we have someone who knows all about
keeping things in order, the one who handles it all with grace—our Senior High School
President. Please put your hands together for the wonderful Sophia Vasquez here to
give our welcome address!

Thank you, Sophia It’s always wonderful to feel that warm Stratford welcome. And to
keep the inspiration flowing, it’s my pleasure to introduce someone who needs no
introduction—our beloved school head, Doc Lilia T. Awayan. So let’s put our hands
together and give her a huge round of applause—because when Doc speaks, you know
it’s going to be good!

Thank you, Doc! That was just what we needed—like a double shot of espresso for the
brain! Let’s give her another round of applause for inspiring us. But wait, there’s more
talent in store! Next up, we’ve got an intermission number from the Elementary
Department! I heard they’ve been practicing non-stop, so this should be a treat! Put
your hands together and help me welcome our adorable aces from Elementary
department!
Fantastic job, elementary! Who says big talent only comes with big grades, right? Now,
brace yourselves because the Junior High School Department is ready to take the
stage. Let’s see what they’ve got! A round of applause please!
Okay, okay! Junior High really brought it. But now it’s time for the big guns—the Senior
High School students are ready to hit the stage. Let’s see what they’ve got!

Senior High never disappoints! But wait, folks, we’re not done yet. It’s time for a heartfelt
tribute to the ones who guide us every day—our teachers! We will begin with the
Elementary Department, which includes pupils from Prep to Grade 6. Representatives
from each class, please step forward now and present your tokens to your beloved
teachers.

Thank you to all of our amazing preschool and elementary teachers. You truly build the
foundation for our future. At this juncture, let’s move on to our Grade 7 to Grade 10
teachers—another powerhouse of inspiration!”

To our Grade 7 to Grade 10 teachers—thank you for your patience, your dedication, and
for helping us survive adolescence! Up next, a round of applause for our Senior High
School teachers!

And finally, let’s give it up for the Instructors in our Colleges—COE, COB, CAS—you’ve
shaped minds and futures across generations. You deserve all the appreciation today!

patience, and passion. You’ve not only imparted knowledge but also inspired and
shaped us into who we are today. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and we are
deeply grateful for the positive impact you’ve had on our lives.

performance! This one’s a collaboration between COB and COE, which means double
the talent and double the fun. Let’s welcome them with a wild cheer! The COE and COE
collaboration!

COB and COE—you guys have serious talent there. Up next, we have another
intermission number from the incredibly gifted students of CAS. Let’s give a big round of
applause for our ‘Criminally Awesome Students’ as they take the stage! Trust me, you
won’t want to miss this! A round of applause please!

Wow! That was absolutely fantastic! If that performance was a crime, you’d all be guilty
as charged—guilty of stealing the show! Seriously, I am truly bereft of words, our CRIM
really shines bright like a diamond. Up next, this next performance is brought to you by
the FS teachers. Can teachers perform as well as they teach? Well, let’s find out. Give it
up for our FS teachers.
Wow! Our FS teachers definitely have skills beyond the classroom! At this point, we’d
like to acknowledge everyone who made this event possible. Here to give our thanks is
none other than Christian Cutamora our College of Education President.
