Medical: Emergencies, and workplace injuries
Insurance: Insurance against accidents during the performance of the work

Air Ticket: The cost of the flight is refunded after three months of the contract. a

Dear Madam/Sir
We are sending this letter with the intention of informing you that the worker
MANINDERPAL SINGH. Passport No W3050387 submitted all the necessary
documentation and that after the inspection he was granted are residence and
work permit in the Republic of Croatia for the period from - 05/11/2024 to
04/11/2025. The employment contract with the worker will be concluded before
or after his arrival in Croatia and his monthly salary cannot be less than 1360/
euro for 40 hours of work per week. We provided accommodation and food for
the worker in Croatia in the cities where the work will takeplace.In accordance
with the above and attached documentation. Grant the necessary visas.

OBRAZLOŽENJE
U provedenom postupku utvrdeno je da su ispunjeni uvjeti iz članka 97. stavka 1. i članka 99. stavka
1. Zakona o strancima, te je odlučeno kao u izreci rješenja.
UPUTA 0 PRAVNOM LIJEKU
Protiv ovog rješenja nije dopuštena žalba, ali se može pokrenuti upravni spor pred Upravnim sudom
u Rijeci u roku od 30 dana od dana uručenja rješenja.
Pristojba po Tarifnom broju 7. točke 1. Uredbe o tarifi upravnih pristojbi (“Narodne novine”,
br.156/22) u iznosu od 560,00 kn je napladena.
