4. If a candidate is selected during Round 3/ Online Stray Vacancy Round(s) he/she will have to join the college / seat allotted
during that round. Candidate selected during Stray Vacancy Round(s) will not be eligible for subsequent round(s) of state
counseling process.
5. After joining the allotted college, if candidate desires to resign the allotted seat then the candidate must fill the Cancellation
Form in prescribed format available in information brochure and submit to college within prescribed period. Candidate who
submits Cancellation Form will get Admission Cancellation Acknowledgement by the college. Kindly read Information
Brochure for details.
6. If the candidate fails to join physically within prescribed period, he/she will be considered as NOT JOINED.
7. The candidate is requested to ensure that he/she is issued a System Generated Receipt/Acknowledgement by the college
where he/she is taking admission.
8. Candidate must preserve the physical acknowledgement of confirmation of admission / confirmation of retention /
confirmation of resignation given by the admitting college authority whichever is applicable.
