ACEA seeks a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our medium-sized kitchen

Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and present pastry, bakery and dessert items with exceptional attention to
taste, texture, and visual appeal.
•Collaborate with the head chef and team on daily menu planning and new dessert
innovations.
•Maintain a clean, organised, and ePicient workspace following health and safety
regulations.
•Assist with inventory management, ordering ingredients, and ensuring stock rotation.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role.
•Knowledge of classic pastry techniques and trends in the dessert industry.
•Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
•Ability to work ePectively in a medium-sized team and communicate well with other
staP members.
