It has been ten years since Anakin Skywalker succumbed to the dark side, abandoning

the Jedi way and embracing the title of Darth Vader. Under the ruthless rule of Emperor
Palpatine—now revealed as the Sith Lord Darth Sidious—the galaxy has been plunged
into fear and oppression. Yet, within the heart of the Dark Lord himself, echoes of the
past refuse to be silenced. Haunted by the choices that led to the destruction of the Jedi
Order, Vader grapples with a question he dares not voice: is redemption even possible
for one so consumed by darkness?

Trooper: Lord Vader, we’ve detected rebel activity near the moons in the Outer Rim.
Vader: Send a team of stormtroopers to investigate the site, trooper.
Trooper: My lord, there’s more to it. We believe the rebels aren’t alone. There’s a possibility
someone strong with the Force has been aiding their cause.
Vader: A Jedi?
Trooper: We don’t have confirmation yet, but we—
Vader: I will handle this personally. You’re dismissed.
Trooper: Yes, my lord.
(Vader, ever cautious, decides to consult Emperor Palpatine before setting out.)

Palpatine: What troubles you, my young apprentice?

Vader: A team of troopers has detected rebel activity in the Outer Rim. They suspect
someone strong in the Force is assisting them.
Palpatine: You believe it could be a Jedi?
Vader: I am uncertain, master. But there’s... something familiar about this.
Palpatine: Then you must investigate. The Force will guide you.
Vader: As you wish, my master.
(Vader boards his ship alongside his team and sets course for the moons of the Outer Rim.)

Captain Wolfie: Lord Vader, the moon near the asteroid field—it’s there.
Vader: Prepare for landing, Captain. Instruct the team to stay vigilant; I want no casualties—
or excuses.
Captain Wolfie: Understood, sir.
(As the shuttle descends, Vader senses something stirring within him.)
(Vader’s thoughts: This place... it feels familiar. The presence here—it belongs to someone
strong in the Force.)

Trooper 1: Lord Vader, our team has located the rebel base. It’s situated within the forest.
Vader: Excellent. Set your weapons to stun and bring them back alive.
Trooper 1: Stun? Aren’t we supposed to eliminate them?
Vader: There is something I need to confirm.
(After hours of skirmishes, Captain Wolfie and the troopers bring the captured rebels before
Vader.)

Vader: We need not be adversaries. The Emperor will show you mercy if you tell me who
leads this rebellion.
Rebel 1: Even if I knew, I wouldn’t tell you a thing.
(Vader force-chokes the rebel.)
Vader: Now, you can’t even think a word. Dispose of him, Commander, and interrogate the
rest.
Commander Wolfie: Speak, rebel scum! Unless you want your necks crushed like his.
Rebel 2: We’re not led by anyone. We just want to live free, without the Empire pulling our
strings!
Commander Wolfie: That’s not for you to decide. I’ll ask again—who is guiding you? Speak,
or die.
Rebel 3: It’s not a person. It’s... a voice. A mysterious voice that guides us. We can’t see it,
only hear it.
Commander Wolfie: A voice? Are you mocking the Empire?
Rebel 4: Mocking you would be too easy. You’re all fools.
Commander Wolfie: What are your orders, Lord Vader?
Vader: They’ve spoken their last. Deliver them to their god, Commander.
Commander Wolfie: As you command, my lord.
(Later, Vader walks through the forest, drawn by the echoes of the past.)
(Vader’s thoughts: This forest... I’ve been here before. With Obi-Wan and Master
Windu. Why must these memories haunt me? Anakin Skywalker is dead. I am beyond
him—stronger, more powerful. He could never match what I have become.)
(The forest on a desolate moon. Vader stands motionless, scanning the area with his
lightsaber ignited. The atmosphere is heavy, silent.)

Mysterious Voice: “Are you certain about that, Anakin?”

Vader: (turns his head slightly, his voice measured and cold) “Who speaks? Show yourself.”
(The voice grows clearer, calm yet weighted with sadness.)

Qui-Gon Jinn: “You cannot see me, but I am here, Anakin.”

Vader: (stiffens, his tone sharp) “That name no longer has meaning for me. You are wasting
your time, Jedi.”
Qui-Gon: “It is not wasted. I know who you are, Anakin. Deep inside, so do you.”
Vader: (steps forward, his tone hardening) “I am Darth Vader. Do not test my patience.
Reveal yourself, or leave.”
Qui-Gon: “I cannot leave you, my boy. You were meant to bring balance to the Force.”
Vader: (his grip tightens on his lightsaber) “Balance? The Jedi’s hypocrisy destroyed the
balance. I brought order. Power. The galaxy bends to my will.”
Qui-Gon: (softly) “And yet, you are not at peace.”
Vader: (voice rising) “Peace is a lie. Only power matters. The Jedi feared it, feared me. The
Dark Side has shown me the truth.”
Qui-Gon: “The truth? Or a hollow promise? You traded the light for darkness, and what have
you gained? Everything you once cherished is gone.”
Vader: (snarls, his voice a low growl) “Enough! The Jedi took everything from me. My
loyalty. My family. They betrayed me, Qui-Gon!”
Qui-Gon: “The Jedi failed you, Anakin. But the Sith have enslaved you. Can you not see it?
The Emperor uses you as a tool—nothing more.”
Vader: (pauses briefly, his voice quieter but firm) “I am no one’s tool. I serve the Dark Side,
and through it, I have become more powerful than you could imagine.”
Qui-Gon: “Power is fleeting, Anakin. Your anger sustains you, but it will consume you. It
already has.”
Vader: (stepping closer, his voice steady but menacing) “You are nothing but an echo. A
ghost from a failed past. I have made my choice.”
Qui-Gon: “And you will live with the consequences, as you said. But the Force is not done
with you. One day, Anakin, you will fulfil your destiny. You will bring balance, not
destruction.”
(Vader’s breathing grows heavier. In a fit of rage, he slashes at the trees, destroying
everything around him.)

Vader: (shouting) “I AM DARTH VADER! The Jedi are no more, and neither am I. Leave
me!”
Qui-Gon: (calmly, as his voice fades) “We will meet again, Anakin. The Force will guide you
when the time comes.”
(Silence falls. Vader stands alone, his breathing loud and unsteady. He reignites his
composure and marches back to his shuttle.)
(Aboard the Star Destroyer. Vader reports to Emperor Palpatine via hologram.)

Palpatine: “Lord Vader, I sense... unrest in you.”

Vader: (coldly, precise) “It is nothing, my master. The rebel cell has been eliminated. They
were aided by unknown forces, but they are of no concern.”
Palpatine: “Unknown forces, you say? Curious. Do you suspect the Jedi?”
Vader: (brief pause) “It is unlikely. Their remnants are scattered and weak.”
Palpatine: “Hmm. Very well. Proceed to the Mustafar system at once. I will await your report
there.”
Vader: “As you command, my master.”
(The hologram flickers, but before vanishing, Palpatine smirks.)

Palpatine: “You are hiding something, my friend. Perhaps we will discuss it further.”
Vader: (firmly, voice like iron) “There is nothing to discuss.”
(On the moon, Vader stands amidst the wreckage. His cape billows in the wind. He
turns to his Commander.)

Vader: “Destroy everything. Leave no trace of this place or its inhabitants.”

Commander: “Yes, my lord.”

(As explosions ripple across the moon, Vader watches the destruction. For a brief
moment, a flicker of conflict crosses his face—but it is gone as quickly as it came. He
turns and walks away, the weight of Qui-Gon’s words lingering in the shadow of his
Armor.)
