University of Sargodha invites sealed proposals / bids from the firms/suppliers registered with FBR (Active NTN STRN),
Equipments manufacturers or authorized dealer (Sr 01-03) and Pre-qualified (HEC funded project Strengthening of University and its
Sub Campuses ) and Enlisted Firms/ Contractors with University of Sargodha (Sr-04) having experience/expertise in the relevant
field for the following work.

The terms and conditions / procedure of tenders are given below:
1) Tender documents containing details of required equipments alongwith detailed specifications etc shall be issued by
the office of the Project Coordinator (PMU),at Main Campus UOS, immediately after publication of this notice upon
written request on proper letter head (Photo copy/computer print not acceptable) and on the submission of requisite
tender fee in the shape of bank draft/CDR in favour of Treasurer, University of Sargodha as tender document fee
(Non-refundable).
2) The firms will be required to demonstrate / exhibit the necessary experience/expertise and resources to satisfy the
University Administration of the firm’s ability to comply with this tender.
3) Incomplete or Conditional Tender will be rejected.
4) Telegraphic / Telephonic requestwill not be entertained for issuance of bid documents
5) Bidding documents inproper sealed envelope will be received in the Office of the Project Coordinator (PMU), Main
Campus, UOS during working hours and upto 1400 hours on December 05, 2023 and will be opened on the same
dayin the presence of authorized representatives of contesting firms, (who care to be present) at 1430 hours, at
Committee Room of Building & Works Department, main campus, University of sargodha,Sargodha.
6) All the Firms will be bound for strict compliance of all terms and conditions issued by University of Sargodha and
other Governmental Authorities (FBR, PPRA, PRA etc.) from time to time.
7) Connivance / Negotiations during process are strictly prohibited. If any firm is found involved in such practice,
corresponding tender will be cancelled.
8) The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept / reject the bids as per PPRA rules.
9) All Taxes / Deductions will be made as per Govt. Rules amended / revised time to time.
10) Payment will be made as per rules of University of Sargodha, Sargodha.
11) If the bidding document cant not be opened on the date & time due to my unforeseen reason. It will be opened on the
next working day or as per new schedule issued by the undersigned.
