Dear Honorable Congressman,
On behalf of Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Pedro, I am writing to request
your kind assistance in supporting our upcoming Young Leaders Summit 2024 on
November 2024. This event aims to empower and inspire young leaders in our
community, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to contribute
to a brighter future.
The summit, themed "A Youth-Led Initiative for Community Development",
will focus into a transformative initiative designed to empower Sangguniang
Kabataan (SK) members and selected youth leaders across Cabusao. This multi-day
event will serve as a catalyst for positive change, equipping young leaders with the
skills, knowledge, and networks necessary to effectively lead and contribute to their
communities. We have planned workshops, panel discussions, mentorship sessions
to foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative skills among young
participants.
Unfortunately, due to limited fund resources, we are facing a shortfall in our budget
allocation for this crucial initiative. We believe that investing in our youth is
essential for the long-term development of our community and that this summit will
provide valuable training and networking opportunities for young leaders who will
shape our future.
Therefore, we humbly request your support in helping us secure the necessary
resources to make the Young Leaders Summit 2024 a success. Your assistance
would be invaluable in providing our young leaders with the opportunity to develop
their skills and contribute to a positive change in our community.
