Consequent upon the indent received from Health & Medical Education Department, UT of J&K
regarding the induction of new course namely Bachelor in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS)
in newly established Homeopathic Medical College namely Government Homeopathic Medical College
and Hospital, Kathua vide letter referred above for the session 2024-25, it is hereby notified for the
information of all the candidates who have secured the minimum qualifying marks in NEET UG -2024
and have not registered themselves earlier but are willing to participate in counseling process for BHMS
Course shall be required to apply afresh in the prescribed format as per Annexure A to this notification
and submit the following documents with effect from 08-11-2024 to 12-11-2024 (till 4:00 p.m.)
physically in BOPEE Office Jammu/Srinagar:

i. NEET –UG – 2024 Score Card.

ii. 10+2 marks card.
iii. Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K (ST Category Certificate in respect of candidates
belonging to the UT of Ladakh).
iv. Category Certificate, wherever required.
v. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).

The cut-off score for different categories as notified by NTA is as under:

a) Open Merit (including JKPM/CDP/Sports/EWS) : 162
b) Open Merit/EWS & PwD : 144
c) SC/ST-i/ST-ii/OBC/ALC/IB/RBA : 127
d) SC/ST-i/ST-ii/OBC/RBA/ALC/IB & PwD/ JKPM/Sports/CDP : 127

The tentative NEET Score list of candidates of J&K, who have appeared in the NEET UG 2024 has
already been notified by the Board vide Notification No.068-BOPEE of 2024 dated 09.08.2024 and
Notification No. 078-BOPEE of 2024 dated 18.08.2024, which are available on the BOPEE website viz.
www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
 The candidates who have already registered for NEET MBBS/BDS or NEET UG Ayush
(BAMS/BUMS)/BPT Courses-2024 and whose name(s) are already figuring in PML notified vide
Notification No. 084-BOPEE of 2024 dated 25-08-2024 and Notification No.110-BOPEE of 2024 Dated
16-09-2024 respectively need not to apply again for BHMS Course -2024.

The candidates who are already registered for NEET MBBS/BDS or NEET UG Ayush
(BAMS/BUMS)/BPT Courses - 2024 but have either failed to clear their deficient documents as per
Notification No. 084-BOPEE of 2024 dated 25-08-2024 and Notification No.110-BOPEE of 2024
respectively or whose forms are incomplete due to one reason or other are also eligible to participate
in the counseling process for BHMS Course - 2024 subject to the condition that they shall have to
approach BOPEE office physically for clearing their deficiencies enabling them to participate in
registration process within cutoff date fixed by the Board.

The candidates who are participating for the first time in the Counseling process are advised to deposit
an amount of Rs.1500/- as a counseling fee on the day of Counselling through POS Machines available at
BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar through Debit/Credit card.

The counselling schedule and detailed seat matrix shall be notified separately which shall be
available on the official website of the Board viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in .
