The Users
4.1 Who are the users and how are they affected
by the problems?
Our users are students and parents who often need information
about fees, school hours, sports facilities, or study materials.
They currently lack an easy way to get this information outside of
school hours, which impacts their ability to plan effectively.
4.2 What have you actually observed about the
users and how the problems affect them ?
Students and parents find it challenging to get accurate, timely
information from school due to limited communication channels,
which leads to missed opportunities for participation in events
and delays in important preparations.
4.3 record your interview questions here as well
as responses from users ?
1. What difficulties do you face in accessing school
information?
o Response: "Information on fees or school timings isn’t
readily available when needed."
2. Would a virtual assistant make it easier for you?
o Response: "Yes, especially for queries that don’t
require visiting the school."
3. How often do you need school-related information outside
school hours?
o Response: "Almost weekly, especially for updates on
events and deadlines."
5. Brainstorming
