1. Integration
They are using some ways for integration - but, for whatsapp or automation, they are using
Zapier

2. Integration flow
a. Click Zapier, then you will be redirected to this page
b. Click “Cek Zapier” - you’ll be redirected to zapier.com and need to do login/ sign
up

c. Click “Create” - choose “New Zap”


d. When you want to create the automation process, you can choose “process by
describing it” or create a flow chart

e. I’m using “Flow”, so , I just click “Trigger” and choose Mayar

f. After that, select the “event” for triggering the action


g. After deciding the event - Click sign in

h. Check the API and add it to Zapier


i. Click Action

j. Choose the App


k. Choose the event

l. Connect to Whatsapp Notifications


m. Redirected to Zapier
n. After connected, choose the message template

o. If all of the required field is complete, then click publish

Additional Note:

Using this flow. the whatsapp notification is successfully sent. However, the whatsapp was not
sent to the client. The notification was shown to the admin, instead
