I, Javed Akhtar Mansoori, S/o Shri Sheikh Chand Mansoori, aged about 30 years,
R/o Dipika Colony District Korba, Chhattisgarh do hereby solemnly affirm and
state as under:
1. That I am the Petitioner No. 1 in the Present Petition for Special Leave to
Appeal. I am well conversant with the facts of the case and competent to
swear this affidavit.
2. I state that I have read and understood the contents of the Synopsis & List of
Dates from Pages B to and the Special Leave Petition from paragraphs 1
to 8 Pages to and Crl.M.P(s), which have been drafted under mu
instruction and have been read over to me in vernacular language and that I
have understood the same and that I state that the facts stated therein are true
to the best of my knowledge and belief and rest are submissions based on
legal advice which I believe to be true and correct.
3. I say that the Annexures annexed along with the Special Leave Petition are
true copy of its respective original.
4. I say that the averments of facts stated herein above are true to my
knowledge, no part of it is false and nothing material has been concealed
therein.
