Consultancy Services (EPCM) for overall project management,
FEED preparation, residual & detail engineering, process
design/Engineering, Procurement & expediting services,
Tendering & award, construction management & supervision,

performance test run of Capacity Expansion Project from 0.65
MMTPA to 1.0 MMTPA including revamp of AVU, DCU, Skid
Based modular HGU ,Offsites , tank-ages and allied facilities of
Digboi Refinery.
Time Schedule for EPCM Works: 38 Months (33 months for
Mechanical completion + 01 month for commissioning +4
months for closure)
Reckoned from date of issue of Fax of Acceptance (FOA).
The contract period shall be as under:
Phase-I (Up to EC): 9 Months from date of issuance of Fax of

Phase-II (after receipt of EC): 29 Months from the date of Intimation
from the OWNER for this Phase. The break-up is as follows:
24 Months for Mechanical Completion (MC)
01 Months for Commissioning from MC
04 Months for Contract Closer from Commissioning.
