The contract rates will undergo a 3-month assessment period starting from the effective date, and DHL retains the authority to adjust them based
on account volumes with a 30-day advance notice. The services utilized under this Account Application Form are governed by all the terms and
conditions specified, including but not limited to the Terms and Conditions of Carriage and Standard Service Conditions. In the event of no activity
against the account for a continuous of 24 months, the given account shall automatically be deleted from our system.
