Name: Kid Aiken (Cisgender straight man with homophobic neighborhood)

Age: 21 years old
Appearance: Tall with sporty body, black hair, pointed nose, tanned skin, and
expressive brown eyes.
Personality: Sporty, outgoing, intelligent, and goal-oriented, especially in the sports he is
so passionate about – basketball.
Background: He grew up in a wealthy family of politicians. His dad is a governor while
her mom is a former mayor of their municipality. He is a junior varsity player at San
Veda College who excels in both academics and sports.
Motivation: Kid is motivated by the desire to represent their university in an international
basketball league before he graduates and hopes to finish his degree in political science
to follow in the footsteps of his late grandfather, who has served as a lawyer for more
than three decades.
Character Arc: Kid Aiken has always had that sense of humanity toward all the people
in every walk of life, growing up witnessing this act from both of his parents, who are
public servants. But on the other side, he also grew up in a homophobic neighborhood,
portraying a bad image towards the members of the rainbow community, especially a
born natural man transitioning or dressing up like a girl, which led him to the idea that a
person like them is not a good example to society and is going against the church.
However, he will eventually meet the captivating woman; he’s yet to find out what real
sexuality is.

Name: Altara Paigne (Transgender Woman)

Age: 20
Appearance: Sexy femme body, long blonde hair, pointed nose, white skin, and
beautiful brown eyes.
Personality: Competent leader, observant, well-spoken, knows her core, and is
independent. Her gender identity is always people’s misconception that she will not
amount to anything.
Background: A consistent academic achiever, beauty queen, advocate, and sophomore
Political Science student at San Veda College who came from a very simple
neighborhood. She’s an only child raised by her single OFW mom.
Motivation: Altara’s motivation is her love for her single mom and the people who were
set aside and marginalized; despite her being different, she doesn’t let any of that define
her capabilities to serve and protect those around her.
Character Arc: Altara’s character arc revolves around her debunking stereotypes and
shedding light on people who have that bad notion about members of the LGBTQIA+
community, especially Kid Aiken, whom she has been secretly crushing on since the
moment she entered their institution.

ACT 1: Crossing Paths

The moment Kid Aiken crosses paths with a captivating transgender woman.
At the school grounds, while Altara and her best friend are having a walk around, Kid
Aiken stops the moment he sees Altara with long straight brown hair, on-fleek
eyebrows, and skin so bright. Altara and her best friend didn’t even notice Kid as they
passed in front of him while they were busy talking to each other. Altara didn’t even
notice that she accidentally dropped her ID where Kid happened to find it. Kid was
surprised the moment he got it because he felt like he also found the woman he could
spend the rest of his life.
Keeping the I.d of the woman he had fallen in love with at first sight.
Kid could run fast to give it back to Altara, but he opted not to because that was also his
bright idea to start a conversation with Altara online so that he could know her even
more. Around 8 p.m., when both of them got home and were sound, Kid went
immediately inside his room, sat down in his computer area, found Altara online, and
told her that he had her ID.
Online Conversation.
Altara was in shock the moment she got the message from Kid, the boy from the
university she had a secret crush on. She never waited for any minutes, but she
responded right away to say how thankful she was for a good deed.
The meeting.
The following morning, Altara was full of excitement that he could finally talk to Kid in
front of her. However, Kid received a message from their coach that he would be
heading to Cebu to attend their basketball league, which led him to drop Altara’s ID at
the guard’s house at the main gate of their campus since Altara had no classes that day
too.
Altara understands the situation well, and she is still happy that somehow they had a
conversation where she also sent a piece of good luck and appreciation message to
Kid. Kid, on the other hand, got really motivated for their game. At the back of his mind,
he will just ask Altara to go out once they get their league done.
The game.
Fast forward after their game, their team loses, and he finds it hard to accept the result
considering the technicalities, where their opponent had plenty of violations. But their
coach reminded them that there will always be next time, and it must be taken with
grace over defeat.
The start of their story.
Kid and his team got back to Manila; he couldn’t sleep that well, perhaps due to jetlag,
and it suddenly crossed his mind to stalk Altara online. While doing it, one picture of a
young boy got him, and he also got really curious. But he stops thinking about it and
sticks to his plan to ask Altara to go out whenever they’re both free.
Getting to know each other.
A few weeks later, they keep talking and talking online since both of them are busy with
academics, while Kid is also focused on their training for the upcoming basketball
leagues. Hence, Altara got really overwhelmed by Kid’s treatment of her. She feels like
she’s on cloud nine the moment Kid asks her to go out, knowing that this will be the time
that Kid will finally find out his real identity, which she doesn’t tell him about.
Kid finally asked Altara to go out, but Altara was unsure whether to accept Kid’s
invitation or not.

ACT 2: The Journey

Confusion on the spectrum.
Altara agrees with Kid’s invitation to have a friendly date with him, but it turns out that
Altara no longer wants to be with him. Altara was just afraid to let Kid know her truth.
The DAYstiny.
In an unexpected scenario, destiny finds a way to let both paths cross in the same
setting where Kid first met her. It was still the best feeling, the best moment to capture,
and the best memory to cherish not until the moment that Altara ran so fast away from
him where Kid lost his sight to Altara.
Doubts and fears.
Altara bursts into tears at the school’s ground where she went after running away from
Kid. She realizes how weak she is for not telling Kid the main reason why she had to do
that. It was the saddest moment for Altara for not explaining her side and for not letting
Kid know about her truth firsthand.
What if’s on mind.
Exactly a month has passed since that painful day, but even up until this moment, they
are no longer talking. Kid might restrict her account, and Altara was in the moment of
realizing she had already lost the man he admired the most.
The glamorous night.
Little did they know that the university prom night would happen a few days later for
Juniors and Seniors only. However, the organizers of the event selected 5
representatives each from freshmen and sophomores.
Altara decided to go on without a date because that’s how independent she is. On the
other hand, Kid will be on a date with the reigning Ms. San Veda in 2023, who is a friend
to him. The theme will be black and white, and everyone is free to wear whatever they
want as long as it’s not revealing.
The moment.
The glamorous night begins, Kid looks so dashing with his white suit on with the ever-
gorgeous Ms. San Veda 2023. While Altara was wearing a black sparkling classy gown
with diamond accessories.
Kid is really enjoying the moment after walking the red carpet with his team, drinking
and eating on the side as well as with Ms. San Veda 2023. Since this is the event they
won’t really miss after a long hiatus due to the pandemic.
It was a very fun night for all of them, but to make that even more exciting and fun, the
organizers announced a very unexpected moment everyone should anticipate.

ACT 3. Painful Truth or Comforting Lie?

Highlight of the Night.
The organizers finally announced that there will be a Prom King and Queen who will get
a chance to date each other after the program that’s why, there will be a representative
from each year.
The juniors immediately chose Kid to represent their year, since no one could do that
better, than him. Little did Kid know that there would also be representatives from lower
years, and that would also be the moment that he could finally get to see Altara again
after a long while.
Spotlights.
Starting from the highest year going to the lower year, everyone got too stunned to
speak the moment they saw a woman carrying herself with so much class and
sophistication – Altara the 2nd year, Political Science Student.
That was such a head-turner moment to many as she proudly pulled a flag inside her
gown that symbolizes the transgender community. Kid caught that moment, she was
really in shocked. He was at the moment where he wants to go to Altara and tell her
how proud he is seeing how Altara embraced her truth.
Winning moment.
It was an expected moment for many to have Kid as their Prom King. On the other
hand, it was such a statement to select Altara breaking barriers as the recently
concluded Prom Queen which also led her to win the hearts of many.
Altara finally had the courage to talk to Kid and tell him the truth. Kid didn’t even lose the
chance to tell Altara that he knew it before even Altara said it. The moment he got
Altara’s i.d and saw her gender marker “male” says it all, but what only Kid wanted was
to have Altara’s confession, and to never be afraid to tell the truth.
Conclusion and Epiphany
Altara confesses to Kid that what she felt all along, since the moment she entered their
institution, was a form of strength. Hence, the moment she redeems herself and shows
everyone, especially Kid, who she is, makes her a true embodiment of the strong,
unapologetic woman she is now.
Kid eventually comes to the realization that his peers and neighborhood are wrong. You
may be different or a member of the lgbtqia+ community, but it’s not about what’s
between your legs; it’s about how pure and genuine you are as a person. He finds the
true meaning of it by having Altara in his life and is committed to spending the rest of his
life with her because love knows no gender; love is beyond measure.

ONE-SENTENCE STORY CONCEPT

1. The guy with a homophobic neighborhood takes a turn when he meets a trans
woman in his training ground—an encounter that uncovers his influenced mind
and embraces love that’s truly beyond measure.
2. In an unexpected scene, a woman drops her ID, which is related to her true
identity, which will be picked up by the man who wants to be with her for life.
