In addition to the Stand Space Fee and any other Fees for selected Event Services, You acknowledge that participating at the Event will result in below

STAND SHARING
You may not share your Stand Space with a third party except with the prior written approval of Informa, and subject to payment of sharing fee of INR
32000 per stand sharer (plus taxes as applicable).

INVOICING & PAYMENT TERMS
The Tax invoice shall be sent after 31st March 2025 and 50% advance payment towards your stand confirmation to be paid by 30th April 2025 and
balance 50% on or before 30th September 2025 .
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Cancellation Charges shall be determined by reference to the date of cancellation and the table below.
