Dear Parents,
Greetings!

We are happy to inform that our Annual sports coaching camp

will be operational from 10th July 2023 to 31th January 2024. This
specialized coaching which will be conducted during hobby hours
and after school hours will help provide all-round development
and develop a competitive spirit in the students, thus preparing
them to compete in Interschool, State, National and International
competitions.

Those interested may register by paying the fee on or before 28th

June 2023.

The Instructions:
1. This facility is optional.
2. Professional coaches will be engaged to conduct the coaching classes.
3. All trainees must wear proper sport clothes and foot wear.
4. The students will be enrolled on a First Come First Serve basis. All sports are open for
limited registration seats. Please contact the sports department for the availability of seats
before the registration.
5. Discipline and decorum must be maintained while inside the camp. If any misbehaviour or
negligence is found, the school management retains the right to cancel registration of the
student for continuing in the Coaching.
6. Timings: -Students can avail this facility during
a. Hobby period on Tuesday (1:40 P.M to 2:55 P.M) for Class-I to III
b. Hobby period on Thursdays (1:40 P.M to 2:55 P.M) for Class-IV to VIII
c. Stay back after the school -3:00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. (Monday, Tue, Wed, & Fri) for class
IV-XII
d. Please note: - stay back activities will not be organised during days of examinations
and school events.
e. A detailed circular regarding non-sport hobbies will be uploaded on Entrar
shortly.
7. Transport
a. Transportation for Children who have paid annual transport fees for school bus facility
will be provided with NO Additional Charges. The buses leave the school premises at
4.30 pm. For any further queries you may contact the transport department
b. Students who commute by private transport are required to make their own transport
arrangement to reach home after coaching classes.

9. Registration process:
a. Kindly submit the filled in the attached application to the class teacher only.
b. Furnish the filled in Hobby Club Declaration form in page 72 of Almanac along with
the application form.
c. Please include the details of Stay back activity chosen in the Hobby Club declaration
also, along with the breakup of respective fee for the different activities.
d. The payment is to be sent in cash to the Class Teacher in a neatly labelled and sealed
envelope stapled in the almanac.
e. No refund once paid
