Christmas is annual celebration originally for the celebration Jesus’ birth. People celebrate
Christmas on 25th of December.
During Christmas season, people decorate their houses, shops and different places a lot of
ornaments, stocking, wreath, families decorate Christmas tree with baubles, tinsel and lights
red, gold and green.
Each family has their traditions, for example count the days until Christmas with the celebration
Advent, send cards to friends and relatives, houses are decorate with garlands, hang the wreath
on door, put an elf on the shelf, many people go to the church listen mass called “Mass of the
rooster” and other people travel to visit to the relatives.
Christmas is a magical celebration, children’s present are brought by their parents they put it
under the tree, but some of them very excited hope Santa Claus travel by sleigh, pulled by his
reindeer and he comes into houses down the chimney at night and places presents in stocking
or bags by their beds.
This day, families are very happy and get together to spend time, put the nativity, receive
present and share a meal like roast meat (turkey, chicken, pork or beef), paneton, chocolate
with milk, all members of the family sing Christmas carol and talk about the good moment in
family.
