Good day,

I am writing to request permission to construct a fence around the school premises.

The primary goal of this project is to enhance the security of our students and staff.
Currently, the lack of a fence poses risks such as unauthorized visitors and litter entering the
school grounds. We believe that having a fence will help maintain safety and order within our
school.

We are seeking your approval and support for this project. Enclosed are our plans and
budget for the fence, and we are prepared to provide any additional information as needed.

We are hopeful for your positive response to this request.
