COMMUNICATION - ENGL

Based on RUSE, students who take ENGL 203 or ENGL 204 at the
freshman level must take an additional elective(s) at level 200 or
above to complete the 120 credits required for graduation. ENGL 206 is Academic English which Engineering students
should take. If a student was previously in Arts and
UNDERSTANDING
206 Advanced Academic English 3 Sciences and already took ENGL 204 before transferring to
COMMUNICATION - ENGL
MECH, then ENGL 204 is equivalent to ENGL 206. But those
registered as Engineering students take ENGL 206 directly.
It was approved in the department to add HEHI 201
(Foundations of Humanitarian engineering and Public
Health Innovations) or by approved petition either MECH
COMMUNITY-ENGAGED HEHI 201 OR by petition: MECH
