Branch for further scrutiny & submitting the claim before EE(Plg)-I, CE’s Office,
APWD, Port Blair for further process at their end, under intimation to Accounts Branch.

for pass and payment for the above mentioned work.

The market rate analysis for the above mentioned work has already been
received from the SE`s office, CC-1, APWD , Port Blair vide this office RD NO.6408
dated 19/10/2020 and the same has been forwarded to HD on 21/10/2020.

Hence, we may forward the GST claim to Drawing Branch, NACD,

Mayabunder for calculation of re-imbursement amount of GST, as claimed by the
contractor & sanction order may be forwarded to Accounts Branch for pass & payment
of claim from this end.

During the scrutiny of 2nd RA Bill of [Link] Singh, Govt. Contractor,
Mayabunder for work “Construction of 01 Anganwadi building at Karmatang-8

(PMJVK)” against Agreement No.113/2019-2020/EE/NACD the following observation
are made.

1. The value of Agreement item No.29, 31 and 33 are required to be corrected.

2. Agreement item No.07 at Page No.28 the value wrongly entered.
3. The Deviation Statement may be revised due to measurement quantity
increased/decreased in this bill.

Hence the 2nd RA Bill alongwith CMB No.293 is refruned to Assistant Engineer,
Sub-Division No.I for necessary correction and re-submit for further action please.
