AFFIDAVIT FOR MARRIAGE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
I, Mr. Atul Vasisht S/o Sh, Rajesh Vasisht R/o House No. 88, Harsh Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi
- 110034, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:
1. That I am the citizen of India.
2. That my date of birth is 06th Day of December, 1994.
3. That I was 29 years old at the time of marriage and I was major according to the
law at the time of marriage.
4. That I belong to the Hindu religion.
5. That I got married to Ms. Aditi Bhatia D/o Sh. Ripudaman Bhatia R/o 7605, Gali
No. 13, Amar Mohalla Old Seelampur, Gandhi Nagar S.O., East Delhi- 110031,
on 16.11.2024 at The Chevron, Sector 51, Noida, according to Hindu rites and
ceremonies.
6. That I was Unmarried till the time of marriage on 16.11.2024.
7. I did not have any other living spouse at the time of marriage.
8. That at the time of marriage I was not related to Ms. Aditi Bhatia D/o Sh.
Ripudaman Bhatia, within the prohibited degree of relationship and not sapindas
as per HINDU Marriage Act 1955.
9. That I declare that I was capable of giving valid consent for the marriage and of
sound mind, not suffering from any menial disorder/insanity.
10. That I fulfil all the terms and conditions of section 5 of Hindu Marriage Act,
1995.
11. That No. pressure or undue influence was practiced upon me for my said
marriage.
12. That all supporting documents are genuine and nothing has been concealed.
