❖ This is to inform all the [Link] and [Link] students that the form fill-up process for Regular &
Backlog subjects for the ensuing [Link] 1st, 3rd,5th,7 Semesters and [Link] 1st & 3rd semesters
Examination 2024-25 is going to be held from 16th December 2024 as per the given schedule.
❖ The students have to specify their ELECTIVE PAPERS (Paper code and Paper name) carefully.
❖ At the time of submitting the forms to the college, the students have to show the ‘No-dues
certificate’ & the ‘Receipt of the payment of Fee’. No student will be allowed to submit the form
without the documents mentioned above.
• Deposit your examination fees Rs.1200/- (One Thousand and Two Hundred only) for Regular,
and Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand only) for Backlog per semester through ECS/NEFT/UPI,
recognized Debit or Credit Cards or A/c payee Demand Draft (DD) of any nationalized bank in
favour of “Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College”, payable at Danguajhar.
[Students are hereby informed to check their total dues from the cash section
before paying their fees. List is already displayed]
