Terms & Conditions:
1. Price list R1 w.e.f
2. In case the booking amount (10%) is not received by the due date i.e, from 7 days from date of booking, the said booking of the apartment will automatically stand cancelled and the quotation will be Null & Void.

3. An amount of Rs. 50,000 plus GST @18% shall be deducted as a cancellation charge from the amount paid and balance shall be refunded in such case of cancellation due to failure In making the balance booking amount (10%) within 30 days from date of booking.

4. Interest shall be charges @ the MCLR rate plus 2 % as per the rates prevailing at the time of payment due
5. In case of cancellation, charges are applicable subject to minimum of 10% plus 18% GST on the agreement value and the remaining amount shall be refunded as and when the apartment is resold.
6. Possession of the apartment shall be given within 30-60 days of clearing all the dues.
7. Please note that any liability arising out of Service Tax/ GST Provision and all other statutory levies in respect to the above transcantion shall be paid by the purchaser
8. The above quotation is valid only for a day.
9. Stamp duty, Registration charges as applicable shall be payable by the purchaser/s
10. Cheques are subject to realization. In case of cheque bounce, the allottment of the unit/apartment shall become Null & Void.
11. The above unit/apartment is offered on First come first serve basis and is subject to availablity.
12. This offer supersedes all our previous offers.
13. Other charges are payable along with the payment due on announcement of possession
14. Transfer of the unit/apartment is to the sole right of the company and the transfer charges wil be charged as per prevailing rates at the time of transfer of the property
