HR MANAGER

Position Description: HR Manager – Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement

Position Title: HR Manager (Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement)

Reports To: Business Executive Manager (BEM)

Location: Da Nang

Position Type: Full-Time

Purpose of the Role: The HR Manager will lead efforts in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance
management, and employment review processes to foster a thriving workplace culture. This individual will develop
and execute strategies to attract top talent, enhance employee satisfaction, and ensure alignment with company
growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy


o Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for all levels of the
organization.
o Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
o Partner with department heads to forecast staffing requirements and ensure alignment with
business goals.
2. Performance Management
o Develop and oversee performance management systems, including setting clear goals and
conducting regular performance reviews.
o Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.
o Ensure that performance feedback is constructive and aligned with employee development plans.
3. Employment Review Process
o Manage the employee review process, including probation assessments, annual reviews, and
promotions.
o Work closely with leadership to ensure fair and transparent review practices.
o Use review data to identify opportunities for professional growth and recognition.
4. Employee Engagement
o Design and implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
o Conduct regular employee surveys and analyse feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
o Organize events and programs that foster team collaboration and cultural alignment.
5. Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment
o Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and
networking events.
o Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and
onboarding.
o Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and efficient processes.
6. Employer Branding
o Promote company as an employer of choice through branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
o Collaborate with marketing teams to highlight company culture and career opportunities.
7. Compliance and Best Practices
o Ensure all HR processes comply with local labour laws and ethical standards.
o Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Proven experience in HR management, with expertise in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge of performance management systems and best practices.
• Familiarity with employer branding and workforce planning.
• Understanding of labour laws and compliance requirements.
• English IELTS of 7.5 or above

• Time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.


• Employee retention and satisfaction rates.
• Engagement survey results and participation rates.
• Successful execution of performance review processes.
• Feedback on employee engagement initiatives.
