BRINDA:” A true leader does not set out to be

a leader , but becomes one by the equality of
his actions and the integrity of his intent.”

NAINA: “If your actions inspire others to dream

more, learn more, do more and become more,
you are a leader.”

BRINDA: Good morning to our honourable

Principal ma’am , respected teachers,and my
dear friends. You may eventually discover the
beauty of this day as the event gradually starts
to blossom. We all are gathered here for the
investiture ceremony of Bal Bharati Public
School’s Student Council.

NAINA : “Leaders are not born they are made”

But before commencing with the investiture
ceremony

lets acquaint our audience on what investiture

actually means.
BRINDA : The investiture is an official
celebration when a student is assigned with
authority, power and

responsibilities. “Before you are a leader,

success is all about growing yourself. When
you become leader, success is all
about growing others.” Investiture ceremony is
an important occasion where a school entrusts
its upcoming leaders with

certain roles and responsibilities.

NAINA: Delegation of responsibility and giving

authority to children is important as it

teaches them lifelong skills of being powerful

and caring at the same time.

NAINA : Light is a symbol of knowledge,

prosperity and a way out to expel darkness and

ignorance to give auspicious beginning to the

ceremony, it is my privilege to invite our

knowledge, wisdom, and artistry. We seek her
blessings for academic success, creativity, and
spiritual growth. Saraswati Vandana holds
cultural and spiritual significance as it seeks
blessings for intellect, creativity, and academic
success.

Naina-Devotees believe that invoking

Saraswati's grace through the Vandana
enhances learning and promotes scholarly
pursuits. It is believed that She removes all
obstacles to learning and grants us knowledge
as well as sharpens the intellect and improves
memory.
So, let's immerse ourselves in the melodious
tunes of Saraswati Vandana as they grace us
with a captivating musical performance.

and love may not be easy but it is possible.
After all hard work pays off in the end. With

principal mam to do the honour of providing the
prefectorial badges to our school leaders.

Naina - Leading the student council is the

Head Girl of our school, Anweshaa of Class
12th-A.
Your kindness, empathy, and positive attitude
have inspired others to strive for excellence.
You embody the values of our school and
make us proud.

Brinda - Moving in synchrony to maintain the

code of conduct with the Head Girl is Piyush
Rana, the Head Boy of our school.
Piyush, your exceptional academic
achievements, outstanding leadership skills,
and dedication to extracurricular activities have
made you a role model for your peers.

Naina - Following their lead, are the second in

command of the school’s disciplinary. We
present to you, Utkarsh Sharma of Class 11-A
as the Vice Head Boy and Vritika of Class 11-A
as the Vice Head Girl.

Brinda - Utkarsh, your tireless efforts,

leadership skills, and commitment to our
school community have been truly inspiring.
Naina - Vritika, your passion, enthusiasm, and
kindness have made a positive impact on our
school, and your contributions will be
remembered for years to come.
Everyone please cheer for these exceptional
leaders.

Brinda - Moving on to the back bones of our

school, the four houses each of which
showcase a versatile palette of talent and
skills. I request Ms. Rashmi Ma'am and Ms.
Shilpi Ma'am to bestow the House Captains
with the badges.

Naina- With a beautiful bend of leadership,

teamwork, and dedication to their houses.
They've inspired their fellow house members to
strive for excellence, promoted school spirit,
and demonstrated remarkable teamwork.
They've shown that together, we can achieve
great things! Please give a round of applause
to them.

Brinda-ow, I would like to call the Head

Coordinators of all the four houses to give
badges to the Vice House Captains and the
Literary House captains of their respective
house.

Naina-The Vice House Captains assist the

House Captain in the smooth functioning of
their house while the Literary Captain is
responsible for helping to produce the school
magazine, contributing articles, editing, and
proofreading.

Brinda-Moving ahead, are the House Sports

Captains who are known for their tireless
efforts, unwavering enthusiasm, and
unrelenting passion for sports. I request Mr.
Salman Sir and Mr. Jitender Sir to award them
with the badges.

Now, I would like to call upon Mr. Biswas sir,

Mr. Kripal sr, Mr.
Kissan sir and Mr. Nitin sir to entrust the House
Cultural Captains with their badges as they
work with their innovative spirit, collaborative
approach, and tireless efforts to make our
school a vibrant and inclusive space.

The one who will be leading all peer educators

with wisdom and dedication along with his
team of peer educators, I would request

Your empathy, and willingness to listen have
